Best Clean Install in Phoenix AZ

It is a very bad company, they have a bad reputation that their houses have lichen very soon, their workers do very bad jobs. I do not recommend it.

My home was just reroofed by TSM Roofing. The service and work was fantastic! The workers arrived on time and were very pleasant. Although their English was limited there was always someone that understood. They worked quickly . they cleaned up before they left the first day even though they knew they were coming back first thing the next morning. Nothing was on the ground in the area. When they were done on the 2nd day, they swept, picked up everything in the yard, and came in and cleaned my skylights. Most importantly the roof is GREAT!, I would whole heartedly recommend them for your roofing needs!

Today Yari, estimator, stopped by to look at my roof. On one of the ridges, I had one tile that had come off and was laying on the roof and several surrounding tiles had loose nails. He went up on the roof, re-installed the tile, replaced the nails and checked the entire roof. He then came in the house and told me that the rest of the roof looked fine, but since it’s 18 years old, in the next 2-5 years, I would need to think about having the underpayment replaced. He explained the entire process, gave me a rough, “balllpark” figure (for my future financial planning). He also told me the areas I should expect to possibly see water leaks in the next few years.

Yari was prompt, personable and extremely knowledgeabe. He took the time to fix the roof and inform me of what to expect in the next five years. After all of that, he charged me nothing. That’s right—$0.

I am so impressed with Yari and his customer service and will not hesitate to call Renco when it’s time for the underpayment on the roof to be replaced. In fact, I just called a friend to give her Renco’s information so that she has it for future reference. She just recently needed a roofer and was not happy with who she hired.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company and Yari. In fact, the girl in the office (Shaila), was incredibly personable and friendly as well. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and immediately set up an appointment for me, all with a smile in her voice. What fantastic customer service. Thank you.

Called this company TJ came out a few weeks later for an estimate. He said I would get it in a few days. A month later I had to reach out to him to get the quote. I followed up with a few questions. No response. I guess they don't want my business. Save your time and call a company who cares.

Had to reschedule 5 times. Kept giving excuses. It just shows that they are not professional. I wouldn't waste time.

Kevin with Almeida did not fulfill contract installation of critical parts of the Roof work wich caused future leaks. When called upon to warranty the work or finish the installation of work that was supposed to have been done he was aggressive and unprofessional. A simple resolution could have been achieved but they did not want to fullfil the contract or do what is right. WARNING! do not use this company..... Poor work and require Yearly maintenance work to hold a warranty they won't stand behind.

Lenin promptly came out to fix my roof. A true professional, smart, timely, knowledgable. The work was good. I referred him to my sister.

She and her team were able to help us get a full roof replacement covered by our insurance, did a gorgeous job, and got it done within 3 days. They went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had, and since it was our first time dealing with a roof replacement you can imagine all the questions we had for them. Amanda was a true pro and such a good person. We are obsessed with our roof!!

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They had done everything in very less time. No hidden charges. I really impressed from them.

My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! After that big storm we had a couple weeks back, I got approached by one of the employees, who took a look at it and promptly started rattling off a bunch of stuff I had no idea what it was, but it was wrong with my roof! I opted to have Reyes Roofing remove my old roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles) and reinstall a new roof. I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan. My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed: 1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials.

Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job. Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are lifetime warranty architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price.

I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had. Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to.

Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day. Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris.

Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner.

Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.

The work was completed extremely expertly. The staff efficiently assisted us throughout the entire process. They provided helpful guidance and gave us complete assurance that he would supervise the roof installation from start to finish. We endorse this company as doing a good job.
