Phoenix Roofing replaced my 23 year old roof following a roof leak that resulted in some damage to the interior of my home. Brandon Brawley, a managing partner of the company has been great to work with and responsive to my concerns and requests. As is often the case, the work did not come without challenges, but Brandon has always taken my calls and worked with me to resolve the issues that have related to the repairs. Most of the issues had nothing to do with the quality of the work performed and I am confident in recommending Phoenix Roofing to friends and neighbors for the attention they gave the project and for Brandon's extra efforts to communicate with me. I am so comforted after my experience with Stapleton Roofing. I had them redo my flat roof home in Scottsdale. I live in California so I get particularly nervous dealing with contractors out of state. They however were very responsive, fair priced, most most importantly, did extremely high quality work. This particular house means a lot to me, and I will be using them for ongoing maintenance on that roof to help me sleep better!

We have a Dutch Colonial home designed by an architect back east and complicated additional structures including detached garage, breezeway, and unique pavilion with a complicated steep pitched roof. After 20 years of a deteriorating concrete shingle roof, and a poorly done metal roofing job done by our original roofer, we decided to get a new lifetime metal roof on all our structures. We had a long wait to get the job done but it was worth it. We did not want to trust someone who claimed to do metal roofs. They are not the least expensive but if you want the job done right it is not worth cutting corners on price. It took Vertex 2 months to do our job. Their employees were courteous, and cleaned up every night. We got to know the crew and enjoyed having them around. They are professionals and they know how to do metal roofs. Don’t take a chance with roofers who say they do metal roofs. I do not hesitate to recommend them for your job no matter how small, large or complicated. They will do it right. Their salesman Craig Sorenson worked with us every step of the way and helped us with samples, ideas and metal products that helped us to get the beautiful look we wanted to compliment and enhance the look of our home.

Great company and staff helped me get my roof fixed at a low cost!

I initially dismissed Capstone judgment based on other company's incorrect assessment. I'm disappointed that the highly rated other contractor was wrong. He said that my leak was due to a small error and that he fixed it. But that was not the case as evidenced by current moisture and leaking. I'm glad that capstone roofing was honest and didn't try to give minimal/no treatment, possibly in pursuit of ranking and social media placement.

I’ve used Gryphon for several patch-up jobs and there have been no leaks. Later I went with a cheaper company, and after a couple rains, the leak was back. Forget it, I thought...I’m calling Gryphon to replace the entire roof.

The workers were on time and cleaned up well. The only disappointments were that there were tire marks left on the driveway and debris in the pool.

Next door neighbor used Centrik for his roof recently. Another neighbor and myself decided it was time to replace ours too. We had Agusto@Centrik come out and price a quote for two houses. The price was great and beat quotes from 3 other roofers.
Centrik's warranty was better than the competition...15-years on labor and 30-years on material. This also included the flat roof (patio over hang) portion of our roof. The competition was giving no more than 5-year warranty on the flat roof portion.
The workers were up on the roof by 6:30am each day and worked to 4pm with only a lunch break. Our roof looks much better in appearance than what we had.
Centrik does not charge additional for any replacement ply-wood or existing broken tiles. The competition wanted to charge an average of $50-60/sheet of ply-wood used and $10/tile for replacement. There was no nickel and diming with Centrik.
Each day the guys cleaned up debris that hit the ground and on the last day they power washed my walkway and driveway..
Centrik does not ask for a deposit upfront...you pay at the end of the job and they want you to be happy with their work.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for roof replacement or repair.

I did the research and I used them and now I have a perfect roof they are not the cheapest but they have a middle of the road price with a over the top product.! Don't miss out on a truly qualified company that don't screw around when they say they are going to be there at a certain time. Before they left in the evening they cleaned up the miscellaneous debris and when they were finished you couldn't tell they were there until you looked up at the roof. And are homeowners also commented how nice it looked and how fast the contractor was and are next door neighbors were also happy with the respect for their property they showed when parking in the neighborhood. I'm also a under ground fiber optic contractor in downtown Seattle for over 25years building into the skyscrapers and working downtown installing since 1981 . When I met Scott because I've felt with a lot of other contractors and hes the real deal. Don't miss out call him today.

Home Show Scam?
Saw their display at the Home Show at the Cardinals Stadium earlier this year. I set up an appointment for a renovation consult/estimate. Ray came to the house and seemed overwhelmingly disappointed at me not wanting to spend less than $10k on a project. To prove that, he didn't take but 2 measurements and after several months he never contacted us again. I'm glad I didn't go with them because other contractors didn't have anything good to say about the owner.. too many negatives to list. Disaster averted!
