Best A/C System Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

After the summer monsoons the tiles on our roof had adjusted. We were out of town and received a call from our neighbor. TSM Roofing promptly responded to our call. We knew that our roof would not have an issue upon our return.

They are a great bunch of people, they are friendly and helpful.

From other reviews it sounds like Ky-Ko does great work, IF they actually show up. Unfortunately I was among the many customers who got a no-show for their appointment. Maybe business is too good?
My experience was: I made an appointment for a roof repair estimate about 2 weeks out. On the day of the appointment, I took the morning off from work. When the rep didn't show up, I checked messages on my various phones and had a voicemail from Joe on my least used number saying he was having truck problems and may have to reschedule. So I called Joe back to talk about rescheduling. No answer, and his voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave a message. So I texted him. No response. So about 90 minutes later after waiting for a call back, I called the main office to reschedule. Rather than making a new appointment with another rep, they instead said they'd leave Joe a message to call me back. Not helpful! I didn't have a chance to protest. The receptionist got off the phone too quickly. I waited the rest of the morning, and Joe never showed up or called me back. What a waste of my time. And it's been 3 weeks and still no contact from any Ky-Ko schedulers.
To add insult to injury, a couple weeks after the scheduled appointment, I got a letter from Ky-Ko's marketing department asking for referrals. Seriously??? Ouch.
I turned instead to a small family-owned business that was referred by someone else, and I'm happy with the estimate I got, so maybe it was for the best that Ky-Ko stood me up.

We recently had the underlayment replaced on our tile roof, and foam applied on the flat roof. The job was done well, and we are pleased with the results. Eddie Cortez was on top of the details in making sure everything was done right. He checked out every aspect of the work, even climbing back on the roof after the job was finished to paint some of the metal strips (flashing) so that they matched our house paint color, and made sure all the tiles looked good, including bringing in a close match on replacement tiles for some of our older tiles that were broken. He made sure there was a wide enough shingle path around our air conditioner units so that technicians could work around them comfortably without stepping all over the tiles when any AC repair work might need to be done in the future. We thought the professionalism of Lyons was very good, and Mr. Cortez especially.

Will only use them for any of my roofing needs. Out of any company the owners of this company are the most honest.

They were amazing. I had heard alot about the storm chasers that came to arizona so I wanted to wait awhile and let the chaos settle after the hail storm to do my roof. From the start the customer service was amazing. Alicia set up my estimate and explained to me the process so I knew what to expect. The estimator came out did exactly what Alicia said he would do and they emailed me the estimate later that day. When the crew came to do the work they knocked on the door to let me know they were there... The workers were all very nice! They cleaned up very nicely and my yard looked the way it did before they came. I was so happy with this company.. I would highly recommend them to everyone! Great, friendly professional service. They re-roofed my tile roof and back patio cover. They were able to save me a ton of money by reusing the majority of my old tiles then they matched in new tiles where needed. Everything under the tiles was all new materials. I had gotten a few other quotes from other roofers and they were so much more expensive and they didn't provide me with such a great cost saving solution. What a fabulous company.

Geo Roofing responded to my request for an estimate of cost for roof repair, due to storm damage, in a timely manner. After accepting the bid , the repair was done well in an acceptable time frame. If I need roof repair in the future, Geo Roofing will be my first choice.
