Best A/C System Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

These guys were courteous, clean, very fast. We had a big fichus tree that needed to be taken down in a corner of our pool yard, with a pool, pool fence, and wall on three sides. They took it down with out damaging anything in about an hour. They left the yards very clean. They came back two days later when their grinder was fixed and finished off the stumps to the point you can't tell they were there. I'll have them come back and do some trimming when the time is right. I highly recommend them.

They arrived promptly on the day (actually a day earlier, as they had a cancellation) and were professional. They did an excellent job of clean up and removal. We had a special request to save the wood for our fireplace and they were very accommodating. We would highly recommend Design Tree Maintenance.

1) Was charged double fee for 1st time service for additional work. Only worked 40 minutes for $150 and never made over charge right.
2) Was never asked about over seeding so we requested over seeding for winter lawn 2 weeks ago and was told owner would make contact. Still have not heard back.
3) Was told irrigation would be addressed as part of initial visit. Find out only sprinklers system timer is checked as part of service. Sprinkler timer was still too much as flooding in areas continued.
4) We have hired an outside company to investigate leak. 3 Sprinkler heads were broken and one section of sprinkler system was timed too long as it was flooding the area as per licensed contractor.
5) Every other week service was rescheduled by one to three days.

This company was certainly not above or beyond nor did they deliver on promised service.

I called 5 companies after I had storm damage of a tree in my yard. This company was the only one that responded and quickly I will add and they came over to give me an estimate that day. My tree was at risk if it didn’t come down soon and they made it a priority which I so much appreciated. Their pricing was very fair and they even cut the good parts of my tree so I can burn in my fireplace this winter. The stacked the wood so nicely and everything was cleaned up when I returned home. Anna was responsive to any questions I had and they got here to do the job a day earlier with their super busy schedule. Safety was discussed and I appreciated that because my tree was hanging in a common area of my townhome and they already knew how to safely handle it. It was a GREAT experience when I was expecting price gouging because so many people had damage but not them. I would highly recommend them, I took a chance and luckily for me, they turned out to be a great company that I feel I can trust for anything in the future. Thank you so much! Ann G.

The landscape on this property looks incredible. I so appreciated that Jesse came over the day I called to explain the best couse of action for such a big job. He had an amazing team of workers here all day two days later. They were so hardworking as well as polite and checked with me a number of times during the day to check if anything else was needed. We had Elite tend to our 3 trees. They installed new irrigation to our trees and then deeply feed them. They gave us a hugh bottle of liquid fertilizer to use
monthly. Every person who showed up were all amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Better pricing than their competitors and responsive office staff that quickly worked through some scope/pricing options with me. The day of, they did exactly what they said they'd do. They cut down a large pine tree (40+ ft) in my backyard in under 4 hours without causing any damage to my masonry wall or pool deck, which it was sandwiched in between. They cut down 3 smaller trees in the front yard and grinded the stumps. When I came home you could never tell there was anything there, and everything was cleaned nicely. Would definitely hire again.

Contacted to trim my 4 palms trees. Very affordable and responsive. Were in and out in 30 minutes. Had to wait 3 weeks from contact to service but that is standard for palm trees and it was worth it!

I needed a very large tree removed from my backyard. It was done safely and professionally. They also removed the stump which was very large. My backyard was clean afterwards. I could not have asked for a better job to be done!

I hired Dave Goodman and his crew to landscape the front of my business in North Phoenix. From the initial contact and design to the final inspection I was amazed at their level of professionalism, timeliness, and the final result was nothing short of amazing.
