Best A/C System Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

We had a plumbing problem so we called Hero and the gentleman who came was very knowledgeable and quickly found out that we had a serious problem. What I would call a nightmare . But due to all the information that Abdiel showed us and explained the problem we made an informed decision on what to do next . We felt very comfortable with our decision . My husband has retired from the construction industry after 50years and spoke to some of his plumbing friends and they confirmed everything we were told . So the next day Abdiel and a installer gentleman who was absolutely wonderful his name is Cristobal . This man was amazing . He is one of the kindest hardworking honest men the I have ever had the pleasure to meet . This plumbing company is the absolute best . What could have been a nightmare wasn't really that bad . I will be a lifelong costumer and have already recommended this company to everyone I know . Plus they clean up afterwards . They gave us a price and at the end there were no extras ( the problem changes are what I call them . ) it was exactly what they said it would be .

I had the most awesome plumber by the name of Pepe Munoz. I had had a leak under my kitchen sink over the weekend and needed a specialist to complete the repair. When Reddi Service sent Pepe, it was apparent he knew exactly how to resolve the issue. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome and will spread the word to all of my friends about the expert service I received.

Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. I do not recommend them if you want good and honest service! The receptionist is very rude. The owner isn't any better! They lied saying things were done and that our septic system was in working order which is not the case! He laughed and told my husband and I to go ahead and speak with an attorney because nothing will happen! Horrible business!!

we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Make sure when you call for pumping service that you ask what you get for the $225.00. I paid for a 1000 gallon pump out. The tech didn't agitate the solids to break them up and left a 1 foot layer on the bottom. When I asked why he wasn't removing the solids, he told me that they only pump the liquid and pumping the solids would cost up to $700.00. Are you kidding me? That makes no sense. You are here to pump the solids! Wally didn't tell me that on the phone. I will never use them again.

We hired Paradise septic to pump and certify a septic system in Paradise Valley. Required by Maricopa Co for the sale of the property. I, as a manager of the property, was there from beginning to end of the process. We were charged $1020 in labor for two employees on site three hours. One of the employees was the tech there to certify the tank once the tank was exposed. While one employee used a mini backhoe to expose the tank the tech stood by and watched 95% of the time. On occasion, he would hold a shovel to keep an irrigation line clear, I also held the shovel to keep the irrigation line clear . Once the tech was able to get to the tank and commence with his inspection, the other laborer retreated to his truck, where he sat until it was time to replace the dirt. Every aspect of the invoice was inflated. Total charge for a pump and certification was $3149.72. I would not use nor recommend this company for any septic or plumbing needs.

Belsito Plumbing provides exceptional customer service! I called at 10pm on a Holiday and the owner answered. He set up an appointment the very next day and was so pleasant on the phone. I needed service ASAP for a rental condo plumbing issue. I have tenants in the condo with a new baby. I was so impressed by having my phone call answered by a live person and the speed at which they were able to fix my issues. They were so awesome and I highly recommend Belsito. I won't ever call anyone else for my plumbing needs!!!!

A realtor's bad review of Duck's almost swayed me from calling, but we needed our 1500 gallon septic tank pumped immediately. I called around 10AM this morning, was given a fair and reasonable price and told they could most likely come today, but would call back to confirm. No more than an hour later I was told they'd be out today. Jesus A. Showed up this afternoon and was fantastic! He was more thorough then other companies that we used in the past and we will definitely use Duck's again in a couple years! Highly recommend for septic pumping!

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
