Very good job it seems. Thorough. Estimator came out on time. Then a pre site inspector came out. Then the crew came out and did the work. Then a post work inspector came out. Wow, very professional. The quality of the repair seems very good but the next heavy rainstorm will tell. Two year warranty on the repair. Very satisfied so far.

As the monsoons started to hit us, I became aware of a new roof leak. Eddie came out and surveyed the roof noting a few areas that could be the cause of the new leaks. He also noted existing code violations that would be corrected while they were there. He quoted the project the same day and answered all of my questions. After receiving other quotes, we chose Lyons. The office scheduled us quickly, and finished in less than one week for a tile roof underlayment replacement of over 3k sf. The crew was always timely and tidy. I would highly recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Amazing! The people, especially Mike, are fabulous. They gave us an estimate in a day's time. It was not the highest or the lowest of our quotes. They took pics of all the issues. The roof replacement was done on time and the communication throughout the process was wonderful. They even helped organized the removal and replacement of the solar with an outside business. This is a very tough job, especially in AZ heat. These people worked very hard and provided pics of the finished project. It looks great! I would recommend them for your roof replacement.

BEWARE OF GEO ROOFING!!! GEO ROOFING IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! IN EARLY FEBRUARY MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) CAME TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR A NEW ROOF ON MY HOUSE. HE SAID THEY WERE RUNNING 2-3 WEEKS OUT. I PAID THEM A DOWN PAYMENT OF 5500 AND THEY GAVE ME AN INSTALL DATE FOR FEBRUARY 26 2019. LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLED ME ON THE EVENING OF FEBRUARY 25TH (THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO START) AND TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 6TH NOW BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BACKED UP. MARCH 6TH CAME AROUND AND NOBODY SHOWED UP AND NOBODY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) AND HE DIDN'T ANSWER. I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. HOURS LATER LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLS ME AND SAYS ALL HER ROOF WORKERS GOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND NOW THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 11TH. SO THAT DAY CAME AROUND AND GUESS WHAT...NOBODY SHOWED UP AGAIN AND NO CALL FROM GEO LETTING ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL LETTY BUT SHE WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALL. THEY HAVE A RECEPTIONIST SCREENING ALL THE CALLS. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY INSISTENT ON GETTING MY NAME AND WHY AM I CALLING. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY 5500 DOWN PAYMENT SO I HAD TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE!!! THIS COMPANY IS SOOOO BAD. I JUST DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYBODY ELSE. Canyon state did a great job on my roof replacement. Even though the job did not start as planned (illness problems), when they started they finished within 8 days. The crew was always courteous and the clean up was wonderful.

Gorman roofing company is a inconsiderate company that leaves their company trucks parked in apt space parking that is meant for residents and not ment for big box trucks. They take up 10 parking spots all day.

As well they leave their hazardous roofing chemicals out for anyone to get into. When they should be stored safely and correctly.
