Best Roofing Leak Repair in Phoenix AZ

We were very happy with everyone at Scott Roofing - from the estimate to final inspection!! While we didn't want to wait to get our roof done, we were willing to wait for Scott Roofing, because of their great reputation. We were fortunate to have the work done more quickly than estimated, and that was perfect. GREAT JOB!!!

They did a good job putting in our foam roof at a fair price.

I had a roof leak that caused water damage to our house and had three different roofer inspect and troubleshoot the damage. I was very impressed with Jesse. He took the time to explain possible causes along with different options to remedy the issue. He repaired the damage on the spot and for a very reasonable price (less than half of one of the other estimates). He also messaged me after the the next rain a few days later to confirm there was no new damage. I couldn't ask for better service.

Ky-Ko redid my roof a couple years ago and I've had a great experience with them. Have had a couple different employees come out to do inspections since the install, and everyone I've dealt with at the company has been wonderful. Most recently I met Oscar, who was particularly courteous and helpful. He kept me well informed during his visit to my house and is just the kind of guy you would want working on your home. Highly recommend!

We had Lyon’s Roofing come out and repair our roof and replace some tiles damaged by recent storm. They even inspected the whole roof for us! From the first phone call to the final repair, The Lyon’s Roofing folks we’re polite, professional and friendly. We recommend Lyon’s Roofing for all of your Roofing needs! They’re great to deal with!

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

They were very professional, honest, and extremely helpful. Josh was especially great - he was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure to answer all of my questions. I have a 20-year old 2-story house with a barrel-tiled gabled roof. Two of the upstairs rooms in the house have flat roofs above them, and both of those rooms had leaks. The roof portion that was gabled wasn't leaking, but considering the age of the house, I decided to replace it all. Kevin gave me an estimate and explained that they would remove the tile, strips, etc and go down to bare plywood, seal up any perforations, and then put a new underlayment down. They installed flashings, and furring strips , re-used the existing tiles (replacing any that were broken or cracked). They finished the entire thing in 4 or 5 days, and cleaned up the debris and hauled it away. Right after they finished the job, we had several straight days of October rain. I did not get any water in the house where the previous leaks existed so now I'm confident that it was well worth choosing Almeida Roofing. I'm very happy with their transferrable guarantee so that once I sell the house, the new owners can rest easy over their remaining portion of the 10 years.

He is great to communicate with, honest, reliable, particular about the work he does and very, very fair in terms of cost. If you are looking for someone to do roofing or remodeling, I could not think of anyone who would be better.

Clyde showed up unannounced, looked at the roof and gave me a reasonable bid. The repair consisted of a one inch bed of black tar paste and a common two-by-six from Home Depot that didn’t match anything else on the house. The worker did not inform me that the job was done nor that he was leaving. I just get a call to pay. Horrible work and customer service just as bad. Had several other companies come out to give me quotes to repair the bad job that Hardacher did. They were all very surprised! Buyer beware! You get what you pay for sometimes.

I am so comforted after my experience with Stapleton Roofing. I had them redo my flat roof home in Scottsdale. I live in California so I get particularly nervous dealing with contractors out of state. They however were very responsive, fair priced, most most importantly, did extremely high quality work. This particular house means a lot to me, and I will be using them for ongoing maintenance on that roof to help me sleep better!

We have used Star Roofing on at least 5 homes and now on our own. They are busy but they are worth the wait. Call them and make an appointment. You will be glad you did.

A neighbor of mine contacted GEO concerning some roof tiles that had come off her roof during a storm earlier this year. She contacted GEO to have them look at the roof and quote on the job. Mike, from GEO, came out and after replacing the tiles indicated that there would not be a charge and that he would generate a quote to perform a permanent repair due to some damaged underlayment. I was very impressed by Mike’s professionalism, care to detail and thoughtfulness on consider the cost for an 87 year old customer. I relayed the story to another neighbor he immediately wanted to know if I had a spare GEO business card. I will strongly consider GEO if I need a roof repair and when it is time to replace my roof.
