I called and spoke with Carolyn about scheduling a small repair to my tile roof. She explained they were 7 weeks out multiple times. I felt like my phone called was an interruption to her day. I told her if she wasn’t interested in my business, I would call someone else. Her response was ok and hung up. Perhaps if it was a bigger job, she would have helped me.

I’m sure they do fine work, but thanks to Carolyn...I’ll never know.

Scheduled 2 days ago due to a leak that started 2 days ago. Contractor shows up 20 minutes late only to say they don't do flat roofs. This is urgent, and I don't understand why this detail isn't asked when scheduling.

Now I'm 2 days in to living under a leaking asbestos roof that could be molding and might as well have just ignored the problem for 2 days.

Martin was very professional and knowledgeable.

Awesome company, they came out and repaired my roof for a reasonable price. It was worth it because they came out so quickly. Highly recomended.

Phoenix Roofing recently replaced our entire roof. The gentlemen started on our roof on a Monday and were completely finished by Thursday. By the end of Thursday not only was our roof just beautiful, there wasn't a scrap of discarded shingle, any nails, or any debri to be found in our yard!
It is truly nice to deal with the company and a rep (Shelby) who makes and keeps their commitments, is sensitive to their customers needs, as employees who really care about the quality of their work, and truly want their customer to be pleased!

Its my job and I love it

I am not your average roofing customer. I was a builder in Michigan in the 1970's. I built some amazing homes in Arizona dating back to the 1980's, and now I'm retired. But I DO KNOW ROOFING, and I also know SERVICE.
That's why after my first experience with Jack the Roofer, several years back, Jack the Roofer is my top guy, and I refer him to my friends.

I worked for this company about a year and a half. Safety is horrible for the employees. I was injured on the roof during a heat wave advisory of 115 degrees plus. It took 3 and a half hours to get me off due to starkweather not wanting to call emergency services for help. My family ended up calling 911 and they said if I couldn't safely be removed from the roof within 10 minutes they should of been called sooner to help. Due to my family calling 911 and stepping in for my safety I was terminated. The owner of the company Jeff Starkweather had no sympathy also telling my wife and myself that we would be sorry and screwed in the end for taking my health into our own hands by filing worker's compensation. Also the superintendents are very rude to there employees calling them names and degrading them. Not a company I

Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

They were prompt and did an amazing job!! Great customer service!
