This is by far one of, if not best repair calls ever. I'm always wary about calling in someone to fix something I obviously know nothing about. From the moment Adam arrived, I knew I was in good hands. He knew exactly what to look for and fixed in a timely manner. He was very informative and explained the whole repair and showed me visually on video exactly what needed to be done and why. Very polite and considerate of my property. Ill say one thing, I will never need to look for a HVAC specialist ever again because I'm never calling anyone else. Stop searching now. You've found the technician you have been looking for. I can’t say enough good things about how great our technician Lyle was. He showed up right on time for each appointment and worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. He also went on his own and double checked a unit we didn’t think we had an issue with and found a gas leak that we didn’t know we had. He didn’t have to go the extra mile but he did. We will be using Larson AC as long as we live in AZ. Hopefully the company reads this because I need LYLE to get a day off for his hard work.
