Looking for someone to trust and do a honest job can be challenging. Knowing that companies who advertise to keep their business on the top of searches always makes me wonder Who's paying for that advertising . I was looking for an electrician to come out on a Sunday afternoon, and I couldn't get anyone until Rich returned my call. I explained the problem, and through his good faith and true professionalism, Rich offered his expertise and explained the cause, and actually walked me through on how to reset our circuit breaker over the phone, and was at least able to restore power to the main parts of the house. We still need to restore power to the rest of the house, and I didn't think twice to reach back out to Rich! He responded promptly. He saved our Sunday! I would recommend Lightning Electric. They were respectful, on time, courteous and cleaned up after the job was completed. My opinion mattered doing the installation about where the EV charger was located. Called & spoke to a live message lady rep on Saturday, but no return call as she promised, but got text next day from owner Devren & sent pics of broken short electric cord needing replacement as he requested. No response. The next day, Monday, he responds saying min $175. + part to do, yes, for a $10. part replacement in a tiny portable bbq rotisserie motor worth $65. He refuses me meeting him at his shop or home to avoid “service call” drive & $200. charge. Very inflexible & not into small jobs. Sad. Beware

The company ghosted me after coming out to my home to take a look.The person on the phone and the guy who came out were polite and helped answer questions, even explaining that they don't do mini-split installs anymore due to liability issues.In the end, I guess the work didn't amount to much, so they figured it wasn't worth even an email to let me know they wouldn't be interested. It gives bad business vibes when you can't even conduct simple communication like, We appreciate you contacting us, but we're not able to assist you email.
