The company ghosted me after coming out to my home to take a look.The person on the phone and the guy who came out were polite and helped answer questions, even explaining that they don't do mini-split installs anymore due to liability issues.In the end, I guess the work didn't amount to much, so they figured it wasn't worth even an email to let me know they wouldn't be interested. It gives bad business vibes when you can't even conduct simple communication like, We appreciate you contacting us, but we're not able to assist you email.

Zapp did great work. On time. Kind. Professional. And well priced. Had a ceiling fan and track light installed in my two story home where no crawl space was available. They were able to knock this job out and it looks great.

I had these guys come out. Zack was on time and so professional. I worked with Dallas and he not only quoted me a reasonable price, but was on time all three times they came. They did a great job, super nice, and great price. I will always use these guys. :)

Owner Dan and his entire crew are very unhelpful. They fail to properly assess the needs of the client and to give expert advice on what it takes to address the business' needs. They are unhelpful, hostile and rude to the client. They are aggressive and derogatory in their dealings with the customer even though we have given them repeat business. They push for getting paid before they make sure their job is properly installed, tested and functional. I urge you strongly to look for your interest and think twice about hiring them and get yourself into a lot of aggravation and poor service as I have done.

Saved the day as we have company in town that overloaded the breaker and shorted a wire. Got us up an running and have some great info on some next steps to upgrade our panel. They are knowledgeable about older homes (we live in Allied Gardens) and newer builds. They grounded and added a new panel to a rental property for us a few years back. Thank You!

Had outlets installed in the baseboards of a couple of rooms. They work fine and it passed inspection, but the way the wiring was run in the crawl space was not so good. Instead of routing the wires over the pipes and beams they took the shortest path which leaves them in the way for any future work in the crawl space. At one place the wires run around the drain pipes which will interfere with any plumbing work to be done.
