I have called 3 different companies to get an estimate and a price quote to replace my electrical panel. After much thought and consideration, and after talking with Kevin H., I decided to go with Bella. I’m glad that I did. Manny and Abel showed up right on the scheduled time. Very courteous, Knowledgeable and Straightforward. Just talking to them gave me this confidence that they’re up to the challenge to do this job right the first time no matter what the circumstances are. It was raining hard at times yesterday while they were working, but they’re so focused at the task on hand to restore my power back up as quick as possible. And they did it in an impressively fast and safe manner. I could have not asked for the best and Honest and Hard working people to do this job. Thank you guys for a job very well done.

Had a great experience with Bella Solar. They install the line and outlet for my electric vehicle. Very professional and easy to work with. I am so pleased that I am having them return for additional work I need done. Their installers were professional and pleasant. The work performed was well done, clean, and neat. Great to work with.

As part of the General Motors program to pay for a home charging capability, I was connected with Bella Electric for this service. I was so glad that Bella was able to work with me to install the outlet while I was at work and I did not have to take time off. NOTE: Chevrolet sells this as a service to install home charging capability, but the service Bella was contracted to perform for GM was only to install the 220V outlet. Since the Bolt EV does not come with a 220V charging cable, I had to buy the cable separately before I could use the outlet. Once I had that - all was good.

Bella Electric was fabulous to work with. They were prompt, easy to communicate with, and highly professional. I should note that they were also extremely understanding when we had an issue with our originally scheduled time due to an error on our part when we didn't have access to the SDGE cabinet. Rather than getting frustrated, they helped us come up with a solution and reschedule. Highly recommend.

Electrician installed an outdoor outlet inside our garage. Did not provide explanation of why that was done.***UPDATE***I've updated the review. Kevin called me to personally discuss my concerns. He stated he will make any changes if I desire.Kevin emphasized his company focuses on quality work and customer satisfaction. I appreciate his commitment to his customers.

They were great to work with! Scheduled quickly & on time. Quality work and even went out of their way to help with a separate electrical issue I had. Very nice!!

Disclaimer: I was contacted by Bella asking me to provide 5 stars after my 4-star review.Doing a ev plug though q merit, Had to reach out to Bella myself a few days after they were assigned through q merit so they scheduled a date for the install. After a couple weeks the day of the install came and they arrived a couple of hours late, after that, technicians were not prepared with the materials so they had to go back to the store to buy supplies, it took a bit longer, but overall I'd say they provided a good service.

Honest, reliable, and quality workmanship. We had a difficult complete re-wire job but Bella Electric handled it with ease. Kevin’s knowledge and Pedro’s abilities surpassed all expectations. We highly recommend Bella Electric to everyone!

Worst customer service ever, not kidding. No idea how any of these other customers were able to give a 5 star review at all. I lost power to my home, explained that my fridge was also effected and was defrosting. Two hours after I made the work request I got a text that a technician would arrive about 7 hours later. I called to cancel the appointment, talked to the same person with whom I made the appointment and he hung up on me after confirming the cancel. Rude, apathetic and manipulative of a customer's needs. They treat you like you'll either wait for them on their time or you'll find someone else. Unbelievable. The technician never gave me a name either. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not use this company, use literally anyone else. Unbelievable!

I used Bella electric to do some electrical work in my house and replace a panel. I like how responsive they were by keeping me informed of when they would be at my home and on what day. They were cordial when they arrived, and after the initial estimate I felt like, I would hire them. The work was done in exactly the amount of time they said it would take an even followed up with me after the fact to make sure everything was going OK. Recently, I had another issue come up and I had him come back, and they fixed the new problem that I had .Like finding a good mechanic, it’s tough the same with a good contractor or electrician and I will see personally, I found a awesome electrician in Bella electric. I don’t have electrical issues every day, but if I ever need that service, Bella is my company!

Manny from Bella Electric came on time as scheduled and installed our EV charger without any complications. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Would definitely use again!

Bella came in and installed our electric car plug. They were fantastic; very quick, very helpful, very professional. We are extremely happy with their service.

Manny and Gio were great. They upgraded my old sub panel to a modern larger sub panel as well as installed and routed a 240v outlet from the panel to the side of my garage. They were fast and the finished work looks great!

I want to thank Kevin for coming at 6 to help me He was kind nice fast and helpful he was able to replace the breaker quickly and he responded fast and came prepared . . I know he worked after hours and I am truly thankful. I was extremely concerned as the breaker in the kitchen was out. With in seconds he got it fixed Thanks again Kevin. Great service. ❤️

I had Bella come out to repair a wall of outlets that were not working. They were able to repair the problem at a fair price. I am giving them 4 stars because they scheduled the work to get done and then never showed up. I called them after the time window had expired, and they said they weren't coming that day. I would have liked a heads up that they weren't coming, since they knew ahead of time.

Kevin was always in communication and attentive to my requirement. The electric panel looks good as well as the repair of the stucco that matches the color of the house. I will use them on my next project.

Kevin at Bella just finished up an install of a 240 outlet for my new Electric Car. He was able to reroute amperage to my subpanel. He also replaced a bad breaker to make sure I was in good shape. Very professional and friendly.

I placed a service request in case of one of my kitchen outlets that kept turning itself off. I would immediately hit the reset button on the outlet and it would flip right off again. I placed the service call during a busy time of the day and was able to be seen within the next two hours, which was amazing. The technician arrived ahead of schedule and was very professional. Diagnosed the issue immediately and had a solution. The work was executed safely and flawlessly. I was able to get my refrigerator back up and running in no time at all which was great because I had a lot of food that could have spoiled. I'll be referring this company to my friends when I can. Thanks again for the quick turnaround!
