I contacted Hear HCPE through a recommendation from a friend who had done business with them within the past year. My furnace/AC unit has been heating and cooling well, but doing some weird things - prolonged clicking noise, turning on and off repeatedly when the house was at temperature, loud vibration noise. It's a Rheem installed in 1999 (so 23 years old). I had been told within the past 5 years that it needs to be replaced but I've been doing what I could to help it limp along. Joe from Heart HCPE found and fixed the vibration (a part repaired a year ago by someone else that was not adequately fastened down), showed me pictures of what was happening, explained what was happening, and told/showed me the red flags to watch for that might indicate it was actually going to be a major problem. He explained my options for fixing it, while also letting me know the drawbacks. Not once did he try to sell me anything (thank you Joe!). I asked a number of questions; he patiently answered all of them. I'm probably going to have to replace it soon and set up an appointment for someone in sales to come see me.I appreciate Joe's professional conduct, not trying to sell me something, taking the time to explain the benefits/drawbacks to repairing and replacing the system, and for showing me what to look for in the furnace and in the thermostat in case it was going to be a more serious problem (it's winter and nighttime lows are in the teens and 20s). He made sure I received emailed paperwork/pictures before he left and that I had his business card. I truly appreciate his level of concern for me to have a working furnace but without a hard sell on either repair/replace. Joe is extremely knowledgable and personable. I would highly recommend Heart HCPE if your furnace is giving you problems.I'll give an update if I purchase a new furnace/AC through them.

Dutch Creek's 3 man team trouble-shot a handful of stupid mistakes done to the electrical system by the previous owner / renovator. Justin at Interstate Electric and Solar installed my ring doorbell (+miscellaneous repairs) earlier this month in a challenging location. He exceeded all expectations, answered all my questions, and the final price was reasonable.

He was very knowledgeable about the potential issues, was able to quote rather quickly and able to work on the fixes that same day. Mike also did some work that was left off the invoice to make sure the job was done right.

Tony and his team are fantastic. They are my go to for electric work. I had an outdated wiring system that I discovered when remodeling my bathroom and Tony got it figured out and up to code. They also installed lighting in my garage.

I highly recommend Current Electric and Devin. We have used him for multiple jobs. The latest was aluminum to copper pig tailing our entire house, new panel and installation of a plug for my electric car charger. Devin is great to work with, always on time, and very detail oriented. We live in an older home and he did some work about 1 year ago to fix a flickering light, and no fault of his own, we had an additional problem that came up within 2 weeks (a different issue). He came out within 2 hours of us calling to fix the problem. I was very impressed with the fast response and he said that safety is important and he wanted to make sure he took care of the problem in case it was anything from his work (which it was not). We have 2 small children and 2 dogs. We totally trust all the work Devin does and will always use Current Electric. The cost was also less than we estimated, but honestly, Devin is worth paying extra for if you are comparing companies and his bid is a little more. It is worth paying extra to know it is being done right! I have also referred Devin to others and everyone has been happy with his work.

I have used AAA Service for drain clogs on several occasions, and they have ALWAYS been on time, polite, professional, caring, thorough, and an excellent price. Usually you pay much more for the best service, but not with AAA. My experience has been that you get outstanding service for the best price available (and I shop around before hiring anyone).Our last service was performed by Joshua Sims. He was everything I described above, and more. On this morning, a baby bunny had fallen into our basement egress window well. My wife and granddaughters were home and didn't know what to do. When Joshua learned of this, he went into the window well and saved the bunny. This was in no way his responsibility, but that is an example of the outstanding people this company employs.
