Mr. Electric of Littleton

Very quick response to set up an appointment, we’re able to come out the next day.. can’t say the same for the many other companies I reached out to. Had a new light fixture installed, as well as an existing ceiling light moved, and some breakers replaced that needed repair. Our technician did a great job, was professional and did a nice job cleaning up after. I highly recommend these guys.

My wife and I used Mr. Electric Littleton for our complete rewire to replace all of our 1960s aluminum wiring with new copper, in addition to all new interior and exterior lighting, and a smoke detector system throughout our home. The work of their master electrician John was above and beyond--I had two separate contractors freeze mid-sentence when they saw it to comment that it was some of the best work they've seen.

Mr. Electric took great care of us throughout the process. In fact, delays on our kitchen remodel resulted in needing to finish up the work with Robert, as John was unavailable, and he did a fantastic job seamlessly picking up where John left off to trim out our remaining work. It's clear that by hiring Mr. Electric we were hiring a team, not a single electrician, and with that came the support and flexibility of a team to get the job done.

I can't recommend Mr. Electric enough. Of all the tradesman we hired, Troy and his team were the most rocksteady reliable, courteous, and professional, over a significant span of work. It gave us great relief knowing we were in such good hands for something so foundational to our home.

Mr. Electric was great! Called them for a simple install and they came out the same day I called to start the job. Jaden was my electrician, he was fantastic! Very detailed about the install and great communication when he had to come back once one of the parts arrived due to not being in stock. Jaden is a true asset to Mr. Electric with wonderful service. Very impressed with the service and quality of Mr. Electric! Our electrician was Robert; he was on time and very respectful while in our home. He did a very thorough and detailed job installing new light switches, adjusting light fixtures, and installing a ceiling fan. The ceiling fan we had purchased had a remote that came with it and Robert realized it was busted once he installed the fan. Rather than us having to return the fan and go through all that, he went to home depot, purchased a new remote, and connected it to our fan saving us a ton of time and energy. We will definitely use Mr. Electric in the future!

Mr.Electric was very easy to contact and schedule. Robert was sent to our home for an estimate for hard wiring pendant lamps in a bedroom. Robert was wonderful with suggestions, and additional information, my home needed for fire safety. Robert performed a free electrical inspection, and I am beyond grateful he did. Robert showed me where we had very serious wiring issues, and the high danger we faced. I had no idea. Robert was very professional and proficient assembling estimates for the electrical we needed done. The estimates were each separate, which made the breakdown of charges easy to understand, but also by location in our home. I can now say, my home is safer, and my indoor lighting in my kitchen is brighter, and beautiful. And this is all a huge thank you to Robert and Mr.Electric having a magnificent employee. Also, thank you to Carla, she is a gem, and was very helpful. She is a sweet and kind lady.

Robert was great. Arrived on time, took care to cover his shoes. Patiently diagnosed our problem. His inspection turned up some original installation issues and he made good recommendations for correcting them. His estimate looks to be thorough and fair. We’ll definitely use them for all our future electrical work.

Robert was so kind and helpful. He changed 3 outdoor fixtures for us and gave us great recommendations for extra parts. He also added a surge protector to our home during his visit when he noticed that we didn’t have one. He explained everything really well and provided costs up front. We will definitely be reaching back out when we need more work in the future!

Bill took the time to listen (a rate quality anymore), check out the problem thoroughly, to photos, explained everything, then went above and beyond to make sure all was well till I could get my carpenter to finish the job. He then inspected the panel and 2 other areas I had some issues, explained options and then they checked back the next day to make sure it was all good. As a senior, this kind of care and help is priceless. I will call for Bill now whenever I need electrical work.

Robert was our electrician and he was such a nice guy and great help. He was also the only person who knew what to do with an original 1960's dimmer switch. He was clean and professional and considering the amount of work he did he was relatively fast too. He found a lot of things that were unsafe and fixed them for us.

I needed an outlet installed and another rewired to code and based on Google reviews I went with Mr. Electric of Littleton. I was able to get an appointment next business day. Jeremiah, a journeyman electrician, was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and took care to keep things clean. The complementary safety check spotted a few small things that were reasonable and fixed at the same time. For the time spent, I felt the prices were reasonable.

We’ve lived in our house over 40 years. We remodeled it 10 years ago and we have done numerous electrical repairs. As a result of my amateur repair efforts and those of miscellaneous electricians, some of our light switches and outlets were not working properly. Finally wanting to fix all these issues, I contacted Mr. Electric. The company sent John a retired Marine sergeant and long time electrician. He was polite and knowledgeable. Over 2 days, he methodically went through all the problems. He rewired and replaced numerous switches and outlets. Now everything works properly. What a relief! Would highly recommend using this professional.

Received great communication from the company throughout the transaction, as far as who was coming and when and plenty of reminder notices. Also received a call the day of the repair indicating, that the repairman could arrive early, if that fit into my schedule, which it did! Received at no cost, a safety inspection throughout the home and made only the repairs that I requested. New GFCI outlet installed in the garage and also had two fuses replaced in the sub-panel to help eliminate the fuses that were in there from blowing. Very professional. A little pricey, but did a good job, so it was worth it. A local company, which I like very much. Will recommend them to other clients I work with in the real estate industry.

This company uses a horrible text system that was very confusing. This company is very expensive, they charge double what any home store would charge for parts and they pay half. Thier savings are not passed on to you. This review is from a 43yr union electrician.

Our entire experience with Mr. Electric was outstanding. We utilized an app to find an electrician to install recessed lighting and prepare rooms for future ceiling fan installation. Mr. Electric was the only company that had a person reach out to me and respond. Everyone else had an automated response telling me to call them, which defeats the purpose of using the app!

I set up a next day job walkthrough and price quote. John was on time (even early) and extremely professional. We told him what we wanted and he even made some suggestions that fit our needs even better. John totaled up the work and provided a quote within minutes. It was within our budget so we decided to go ahead and schedule the install!

Later that day, the owner gave me a call and we set up the install for later that same week! When the day came for the install, it was a cold and snowy morning. John arrived early and shoveled our driveway and porch, which is above and beyond. Jeremiah and David arrived soon after to start the work on the ceiling fan boxes and recessed lighting. The entire time they were here they were polite and professional. We have a 20 month old and they were sensitive to some of our power needs while they were installing. Even going as far as running an extension chord so we would have power in our basement while they installed the lights upstairs. The work they performed was exceptional and they cleaned up afterwards as well. Highly recommend Mr. Electric for any of your electrical needs!

Tech was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had two other technicians come and I was not confident in their ability to wire my hot tub. Not only did they come immediately to quote the job but he showed up promptly the next day to do the work and completed the work in a timely fashion.

Within two hours of my calling Mr. Electric, Jacob, an electrician, was at my door. He was both refreshingly cheerful and professional, and spent time answering my numerous questions and educating me about smoke alarms. (No, I didn't know everything there was to know about smoke alarms!) He replaced an alarm at the top of a 15 foot ceiling with a new unit that was a smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector combo.

I was quoted a fair price over the phone and that's what I paid. Jacob explained the complimentary electrical evaluation service they provide. (Time didn't allow for him to do it since they squeezed me into their schedule.) At no point did I feel any pressure or upselling (thank you). This review would not be complete if I did not mention the great customer service I received over the phone, including a follow-up call from the owner.

I highly recommend Mr. Electric and, now that my electrician of many years has retired, I will use them in the future.

I have 15foot ceiling and while trying to change a light bulb, I knocked my recessed light off the hook. It was hanging precariously from my ceiling and I couldn’t fix it. I called Mr. Electric and because of the heights of my ceiling made me aware up front of the $250 service call fee which I agreed to. Mike came out and was great to work with but charged me another $300 + fee for my ceiling heights which were actually 18feet not 15. I provided the light bulbs and Mike got all the new bulbs changed. I was disappointed in the extra fee I paid that I was unaware of. Troy (owner) reached out and I expressed my concern. He apologized for the extra charge and refunded the extra charge! A company that has integrity and listens to their customers is a company I want to do business with! Thank you Troy, Mike and Mr. Electric, you made my holidays a little brighter! Literally…. Ha ha

Had Sean from Mr. Electric come out and replace an outside GFI outlet and run some new wiring to replace the previous owners do it yourself handwork and bring it up to code. Their price was great and Sean was very professional in his work and presenting all my options, as well as a really nice guy. Will definitely use them again when I need more electric work done that's a bit more than I want to do myself.

This company is the best service company that I have worked with ever!

We recently purchased and infra-red sauna for my wife's use in treating her medical condition. Troy's team of Isaiah and Mike came over and wired up a new circuit that the sauna required, after they had completed their other daily calls that were well ahead of me in the queue. They understood the urgency of getting the sauna up and running ASAP for my wife. When I had additional issues surrounding the sauna (owner caused - Me), Mike came out again to trouble-shoot the issues with me. He dug in and found the issues related to the sauna (it was NOT the electrical work that they had done) and fixed the Sauna. He is a rock star! If I could give a 6 star rating, I would have! This company went above and beyond (on behalf of my wife) to get us up and running. Can't thank them enough! By the way, still waiting to hear back from the Sauna customer service folks.

Our technician was on time (early, actually), professional, and very knowledgeable. He walked through our whole house and did a complimentary safety check, giving us tips along the way. There was no service fee and one of our problems ended up just being a tripped circuit breaker, which he didn’t charge us for. They’ve made clients out of us!

Professional, took less time than estimated. Thorough about follow-up, on the job, and working with Xcel Energy. The estimate was a worst case scenario, after Xcel was consulted and permissions granted the estimate was reduced by more than half. Troy and Jacob were who I was working with.

Jacob, did a great job setting up a subpanel / lighting, outlets and switches in our new basement finish. Very knowledgeable, professional and prompt .

Showed up on time did good work but snuck in surprise charges. Example; 89 dollars for basically an extended warranty without asking. Total price was $200 an hour in the end. Way over standard electrician charges in Greenwood Village, Centenial.
