Best Toilet Repair Services in Denver CO
Ruben was the best technician we’ve ever had, highly recommend for AC/heating repairs. We have used Heart for a few years and overall, we are satisfied. One note, if you have an issue, it is hard to get a hold of management, so just be aware of that. We ended up getting our issue resolved with them (felt like we were overcharged for a service) so we continue to use their services. Would give them an 8/10.

We had the best experience using AEHA! Steve S was informative, professional and kind. His work is the highest quality—he took extra time to fix up some low quality diy work that we “inherited” and even personally called in a drywall appointment with a colleague for us! Thanks Steve S!

When Jerry arrived he was supposed to look at my air cinconditio but focused in my furnace, it's summer time and I wasn't worried about my furnace, I wanted him to look at my air conditioner which he never did. He told me the dispatch charge was 29.99$ and then said anything else would be 69.99$ I told him I was willing to pay the 69.99$ and then ataed that the diagnidiag fee was 289.0$ when I asked him to explain the process and what they entaled he did not. I grew so frustrated with his lack of knowledge and vauge answers that I simply told him that I would never utilize the services of wire nut again.
I am disgusted with this blantent attempt at ripping my elderly mother off that I will never use Wire Nut again. I only have one star to this company because I have to to post .But truly this company gets 0 stars from me. I want a complete refund of what I paid them.

Sonny arrived early and worked hard to get the job done in a quick fashion. He was very respectful and easy to work with. I recommend him for any job.

The repair technician was awesome. Was at my location promptly at 8 am. Looked over the system and found the blower motor was not working properly. Gave estimate and then had the job finished by 915. Very professional and neatly attired. Thanks for all your hard work. It is appreciated.

I was very impressed that the Doctor Fix-It team who did the digging and re-routing and connecting and all the rest for my new sewer line worked steadily, non-stop, all day. They put in close to 10 hours, and finished the job, hauled away the extra dirt, cleaned up my yard, replaced my fencing--as the representative had promised when we first met, there were no surprises. Something that impressed me was that the workers did their best to avoid killing a rose bush I'd tried to save by tying it back--they couldn't work around it, so dug it up, with dirt around the roots, and at the end re-dug the hole, filled it with water, and replanted the bush. They could have said, Sorry, no way--we do sewers, we're not gardeners. But they didn't take that approach, and that really did please me. The only thing left UNdone was the re-blacktopping in the street--and that was because the Lakewood inspector said no, it might rain. It didn't, but they couldn't proceed without his go-ahead. They will, when the City permits them to. (Later note: they did. Nice smooth job.)I was so pleased with the sewer work that I went with the same company-- Doctor Fix-It -- for a new hot water heater. The workers arrived on time, had to dig out extra space to fit the larger heater in (Jon had measured, so this was no surprise and they were prepared), did an excellent, efficient and professional job of that, and put the removed dirt where I asked so that I can later use it. The heater was installed, pipes joined, and they guys even slipped on the insulation I'd provided (not normally part of the job). Of course they hauled away the old heater. Jon knew I'd replaced a valve in my toilet tank and it had a very slight leak, and he told one of his workers to check it out--he did: it just needed more hand-tightening than I had the strength for, and he did it. These last two things--the insulation and the toilet tank--were not normally part of installing the water heater, of course, but Doctor Fix-it's Jon Miller arranged for this extra help, and I guess that sort of showed me something of the nature of this company: they want to do a good job and please the customer, and keep on coming back.Ask for Jon Miller. He's a good representative, and has a basic policy: NO SURPRISES! I got a bid from another guy after Jon's, and had I not already listened to Jon, I'd not have known about 'little details' that emerged only after I asked--and they changed the price for this other guy. Jon does it all up front. They are my company of choice now, for plumbing, electrical and heating--because they did the jobs as promised, left everything as it should be left, went a little extra, and were in all ways professional. And guess what: their bids were excellent: I got what I needed for the best price. Great combination.

Two thumbs way up for the AAARK crew. Came home from a long road trip to two (of two) misbehaving toilets, plus a broken air conditioning system. Nick and Matt were there lickety-split. They fixed everything properly and well, gave me a fair price, cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly, knowledgable, and just super-cool to work with. I give them my highest possible recommendation.

Britton was amazing! He fixed more than what we had thought was needed! He let us know exactly what he needed to do and made sure that the work was completed efficiently even in the crazy rain. 100% recommendations for this company and for Britton!

Our boiler failed right before our trip for Thanksgiving. While on a trip I reached out to a number of Boiler repair / replacement shops to get quotes on a replacement. Our unit was 70 years old at this point so we were looking to upgrade to a high efficiency unit. The bids, in general, were around the same ballpark of cost (+/- 3k of each other). My SIL was still in town and facilitated the walk through for each of the shops and she said her experience with Tipping Hat was the most thorough and pleasant. All of this was done on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. And I was able to talk to our rep Adam over the phone and he answered all the questions I had about converting to a combi unit for domestic + heating and he was able to convince us that this was the best route.Come Friday we had all our quotes and we were down to our final 2 shops. One was about 5k less than Tipping Hat and I was able to talk to Adam who then talked to his boss to work on their quote and in the end we had a favorable reduced price and extended agreement for service and support so we were sold. The installation crew (Floyd, Juan, and Jesus) came out the following Tuesday (15F outside and snowing) and they worked for 12hrs to get our heat back on for the night. They had to come out the following day to tidy everything up, but they were absolutely professional, informative, and did some of the best work I have ever seen with plumbing. While they ended up being the most expensive, their professionalism, punctuality, ability to work with us, and installation skill makes it all worth it. Highly recommended!
