My experience with Drain and Sewer Solutions was excellent! I recently contracted Drain and Sewer Solutions to redo a major portion of my below slab basement sewer drain with multiple tie-ins and I cannot thank them enough.

I was experiencing a back flow issue where my laundry room floor drain was overflowing every time I ran the dish washer or washing machine due to a sagging pipe. My house is in Arvada CO, and over 50 years old and still had the original sewer pipes so it was due for an upgrade.

Louis was very knowledgeable and understood the issue right away, I originally had asked him to come snake the drain thinking there was a clog but after sending a camera down the pipe it was clear that a more involved solution was needed. After further inspection and some decisions making I decided to replace 40 feet of both the sagging drain for the kitchen/washer and the major portion of my sewer main. The Drain and Sewer Solutions team took extra time to help me understand my issue and how to best move forward and fix it long term.

The crew showed up early Saturday and got right to work, the team taped off the whole work space prior to operating any machinery and ensured that my personal items would not be effected by the construction. They operated in a knowledgeable, well trained, and professional manner and worked hard into the evening. The next day with the prep work finished they were able to lay the pipe and get it tested and replace the cement in only a couple of hours, finishing a job well done in the time frame we had agreed on.

Overall I am very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Sewer and Drain Solutions. Initially after first looking at the issue and the work I wanted done, I was given a price for the job, and Sewer and Drain Solutions stuck to it! I know that in the pluming/home repair industry an estimate can be considered more of a rough guide line than a contract but with Sewer and Drain solutions that is not the case! These guys are fair and will meet the quote they provide with out any pressuring phone calls about why more work needs to be done at more cost.

Also, thankfully, I was able to get the work done for quite a bit less than of the other quotes I received (all which were way out of my budget). For this job I was offered a fair price by a trust worthy and hard working team, and the work exceeded my expectations. I am very thankful for Sewer and Drain solutions and will not look any where else for any of my plumbing needs.

James was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem in just a few hours. I was so impressed that in less than an hour after I called James was at my door.

Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

I was a fan of Around the Clog as soon as I realized I could interact with them via email instead of phone calls because I really don't like phone calls. They were super responsive during the scheduling and quote process. The two plumbers who installed our water heater were *so good* about putting shoe covers on every time they came in the house.
