Jerry had the awful job of telling me I would need to replace my furnace. As I am selling my home and was hoping for no big cost before closing, this was a huge and unpleasant surprise. He was gracious with my tears and thorough in his work with the furnace and gave me a few options to consider for quotes of actual replacement. As he left he was encouraging that everything would look up soon.

We are very pleased with the electrical work done today. Jacob and crew installed a ceiling fan and recessed lights in our office. They were very professional, on time, knowledgeable and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work.

Had a furnace check-up and had a great first impression. The tech arrived on time and was efficient, personable and walked me through everything he did. He answered any questions I had, was confident and knowledgeable in what he did, and I myself learned a lot about my furnace. I would recommend these guys and I will be using them again.

We're very happy we went with Tipping Hat! You may find them to be one of the more expensive options, but we absolutely got what we paid for, and I expect you will to if you choose them as your service provider.Kodiak, Austin, Romeo, JJ, and the rest of the team at Tipping Hat Plumbing Heating & Electric were incredible. They replaced our old AC and furnace system within a day, and worked late into their Saturday evening to make sure it was completed on time even after a few unexpected issues with our home caused a setback. They were respectful and understanding our our request to wear masks while in our home, and the work was done well, and cleanly.

On a standard yearly furnace maintenance call for my office, the tech found the motor run capacitor operating slightly under spec. The additional fee, beyond the standard service they were there to do, for the $9 part and 2 minutes of labor was right around $300. A year and half ago, they tried tacking on an additional $500 to a seasonal A/C service at my personal residence. Same thing, $9 part and 2 minutes of labor. Blue Sky currently takes care of 4 properties of mine including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, but this is end of our relationship unless they change their business practices.

Love this place. Amazing people and great service. We've had them out a few times over the years and they always exceed expectations. Highly skilled, professional and they don't push you to buy things you don't need. When our AC finally died after 26 years of service, Golden West was my first call. The install went smoothly and Chris V was fantastic. He is an asset to the company for sure. Now I have an A+ system and no worries. It's so hard to find a honest service these days and Golden West is one of the few good ones left. Highly recommend.
