Pete was the absolute best! Came to my rescue on Easter Sunday after I discovered my water heater had broken down and also had a leak. Courteous and professional, he was diligent about keeping everything clean, and was professional throughout. Finished his work in record time. Would highly recommend!

I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

These guys are now our go-to-plumbers. The team that came was professional and resolved an issue with our old bathtub plumbing.-Helped us make a more permanent fix by replacing a very rusted pipe! The team was obviously very experienced and we are so happy we chose them! Super reasonable.

Highly recommend! Called Sasha after a previous plumber could not fix leaks in our shower faucet and basement pipe. He came the same day. Was efficient, professional, reasonably priced and most importantly got the job done! A reliable plumber is priceless! Won't hesitate to call him again for our next plumbing needs.

Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again

Saved the day! Came by on very short notice to fix a gas leak. You don't realize how much you need hot water till you don't have it. Especially with 4 kiddos... Affordable and fast!

I truly appreciate Spartan plumbing. Randy showed up and did a free estimate on repair of a gas pipe and new installation of a water heater. The day of install Randy was unable to make it however the company did get me a new technician Jeff and he did an amazing job! He even showed up the next day to do some small minor adjustments at our request. This company actually stuck to the quote and there were no big surprises at the end which we are thankful for! Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

I didn't appreciate their bait and switch approach. They told me that the blockage in my drain was not fixable with their equipment and that I needed to do a $3000 excavation and replacement of a section of the cast iron pipe and that it was the only option available to me. Although I agree that would be a better solution, I didn't appreciate them telling me that they couldn't do a more short-term solution like puncturing through the clog or whatever. I asked them directly, and I've had several people come in the past, including someone that did a full water pressure cleaning, so I know it can be done. After they left, I was able to use my drill-powered snake to clear the drain myself. I know its only a temporary solution, but I know they could have done it themselves. It took 10 minutes and was super easy. So I try to assume that people have good intentions, but I think they were lying to me, or at the very least were being dishonest. Although these guys seemed very professional, I wouldn't recommend them for their dishonesty and trying to push people to costly repairs even when they are not required. I understand that businesses need to make money, but treating customers with honesty and giving them ALL the available options is the sign of a business that values integrity.

That all being said, the fact that they could point out to me the exactly location of the blockage was useful information and why I gave them 2 stars instead of just 1.

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
