Roberto, was absolutely fantastic and helped us determine what was wrong with our AC unit. Gave us options for fixing and was very professional and helpful throughout the process.Jason, Kevin, and Noor did such a great job with the installation of our HVAC system and walked us through everything in detail and were patient with our questions and made sure that everything was up to code. Even fixed an electrical issue that wasn’t in the original estimate. Every member of the team was pleasant to interact with and respectful while in our home.Update 1 - bumping this down to 3 stars. Soon after installation I came to find out that Heart never pulled permits with the city and after endless amounts of calls permits were finally pulled, but since their info with the city was not up to date the inspection could not be completed. I have called half a dozen times just to see if they can update their info with the city so the permit can be closed, but I get the same message saying they cannot let me speak to anyone in the permitting department and someone will call me back. It's been months with still no callback or email reply. Incredibly frustrating experience.Update 2 - Apparently there is nothing they can do to get me in contact with their permitting office other than continue to pass along the message. For some reason the permitting office being in a different part of the building prevents them from transferring phone calls or providing contact into. What a joke.

My new washer and dryer were not work and was able to get a same day appointment. The problem was fixed and the washer and dryer work. A little pricey but you get what you pay for, great service.

Sonny is a great handyman that knows what he is doing; does it with great skill and does it on time! He tackled some difficult plaster patching after we had water damaged walls in a flooded basement. He also did the necessary painting with excellent mess -free results. After the interior work was done so well, we asked him to patch holes in a soffit and trim outside. Same result! Nicely finished work that looked like the original soffit and trim. What more could we ask?????
We will have no hesitation having Sonny do our repairs in the future. As well, we will recommend him without hesitation to our friends and family.

STAY AWAY! Overpriced! Tech called out sick twice and I was sent two other people. They charge 3 times more than other companies and the employees know that they are scamming people.

He installed the new unit and completely repiped the equipment, and spent almost 12 hours working on it to ensure that it was done before I left on a business trip the next day. I can’t speak highly enough about his professionalism, which is what I’ve always experienced with Applewood. This company isn’t the cheapest, but they are the best. You really do get what you pay for with Applewood.

Jason is so awesome!! He came out right away, was so nice and professional.He immediately knew that it was the secondary line after his evaluation. It was not very expensive at all to fix and he fixed the problem in less than an hour. He was also really nice, and wonderful with our hyper and jumpy chocolate lab puppy. I had a shower pipe sheer off and the remnants were left in the wall. Daryl came up and was amazing! He was able to get the remnants pulled out which was not easy to do and managed to do it without cutting into my drywall. I was elated as I was fairly confident we were going to have to cut out dry wall. Overall second time I’ve used Blue Sky and both times the service was great and helpful! Will definitely use for all future plumbing needs..... UPDATE - we had another technician Wes came up and rocked out my Rinnae tankless hot water heater. New motor and working great. Thanks
