He performed several tests and was very detailed in his inspection and diagnosis, including running several different functions of the machine. He did an outstanding job. My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

Called 5 different plumbers (yes 5 others passed on the job) on a Friday afternoon while visiting Denver and E&J was the first one to have a human answer instead of an automated answering service like all the others. Was very relieved when after LESS than a minute on the phone he said to text him the address and he'd be there within the hour (thank god bec we needed a plumber quick haha) he showed up very quick and got right to work! Super friendly guy and very reasonably priced. Would 100% use for any future plumbing needs if we lived in the area! He is your guy!!! Thank you again!!

Park hill plumbers did a great job! I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! And he was also very pleased with his customer service and repairs!

I placed an order for a cutting board from Black Tulip Antiques through Ruby Lane. The cutting board is great and just as described. It was packaged well and shipped quickly. I would definitely order from Black Tulip again.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I cannot say enough good things about Elite. I am really shocked at some of the reviews below. For my experience it was easy to make my appointment online. My schedule changed on the day of my appointment so I called to adjust my time and they were really nice and helpful. The techs that came out were kind and courteous. They explained the drain issues in a way that I understood. They explained all my options and the pros and cons of each. I felt well informed and they fixed issue quickly. They also showed me some possible upcoming issues with my drain and some preventative measures I could take. They left no mess and kept plastic under all of their equipment to keep my floors safe. Do yourself a huge favor and use Elite for your plumbing needs!

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!
