Jason was incredible. I had a power problem that was extremely difficult to find the source of. I had actually already had an electrician from a different company come out to find and fix the problem, but that electrician gave up and said there was no way to fix it.On the other hand, Jason from Heart was able to locate and repair the problem in far less time than I thought it would take. His resourcefulness is an invaluable asset to your company, and I hope you’re paying him very well given that in my own experience with him, he’s creating lifetime customers for your company.

We had an appointment scheduled for over a week now, with a window time of 1PM-4PM (today) to have a technician diagnose our air conditioner. At 3:30 PM, I called to get an update as we received no notification, voicemail and/or call as to what the ETA was. The customer service rep reported that she would call us back with an update. Leticia called back and reported that she could schedule us for NEXT WEEK. When I asked Leticia why no one called us to report the delay, she reported that she just now found out that the technician was behind. If I could give this company no star, I would. Absolutely ridiculous and AWFUL customer service. Thank goodness for the BBB.

Sonny has done several projects for me over the years. A good guy, hard working, dedicated and wants to make sure the project gets done. He's installed some windows in the mud room, worked on the fence, few other small projects. He and his wife also once gave me a good deal to get the garage painted when i needed it in a pinch. We've used Brothers multiple times and have had a great experience every time. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and diligently address and fix the problem. The admin staff are helpful securing appointments, the service staff are timely, and get the job done.

Every person I delt with in the replacement of my old furnace and ac were outstanding. Each was knowledgeable and respectful. I was given options and information on each. Once the chose was made, the installers were on time, efficient and very kind. Even when there was a glitch, Richard stayed to work it out and got me up and running before the next snow storm. The new furnace is great and all the people are super. The whole operation is efficient from scheduling, to texting a photo of who would be at your door, and follow up.

Chad was great! On time, friendly and got the job done quickly. Not to mention he had to brave my super scary basement! I will continue doing my yearly furnace maintenance with AAARK. I highly recommend them.

Heater was intermittently working -Not Working, Due to Artic Freeze Company was Delayed getting to us but keep us informed and worked to get their Tech to as quickly as possible. Tech John arrived and was very Professional, he found the problem and had us warm and snug in less than a half hour. I give John E 10 out of 5 Stars, and I give Applewood Company 5 stars. I will be working with Applewood Plumbing Heating and Electric again in the future.

Called the day we had a little main line blockage and couldn't get someone out right away. Made an appointment for 8am the next day (Sunday) and problem was solved (tree roots) had another plumber service check it out and they wanted $600+ to do the same job AAA did for $80 no extra fees or bs. More than pleased with the service and prices!Update: 1/31/2023Used these guys again and very happy with the service and speed! Our tech Larry B. installed a new shower valve after I personally destroyed or 30yr old value trying to do some fixture updates. He was very professional & helpful. He walked me through the process and took plenty of pics along the way! Glad I called AAA for help!

This was our first experience using Tipping Hat. We were VERY impressed with Andrei M. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done and was very knowledgeable. We appreciated most of all, that he was on time, and was honest and completed all the work we discussed in a timely manner. If we ever need any other plumbing needs we will definitely call Tipping Hat and ask for Andrei's service again. Poor value, shoddy work, expensive! Will never use them again!I had Blue Sky out for my annual winter furnace check. They would not provide a ballpark cost estimate over the phone. The technician arrived and jumped right in to check out my furnaces. Half way through, he wanted me to approve the bill: $550 for a routine winter furnace inspection, and that was without ANY repairs. I've had this done in the past every year by other Heating/AC companies that never was it more than $200 for an inspection of two furnaces. When I raised this with the technician, he said yeah, we've raised our prices a lot lately, but they didn't pass any of that along to us (technicians). I will NEVER use Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating again. Terrible value for the money, unprofessional, expensive, poor communication, unethical.

Phillip showed up @ the beginning of the appointment window. Checked out the plumbing situation and took about 5 minutes to writeup pricing options Went over the different scenarios, and prices and when we agreed on an option he quickly got to work. Never seemed rushed and took his time When he was done cleaned up the area, tested a few more times to make sure everything was okay, and headed out. Will have out again for my next plumbing job.
