I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Elite Rooter to perform service on my sewer pump. I put a deposit down and ended up finding out my part was under warranty through a different firm. Asked for a refund of $1700 deposit and still have not received my refund.

Also they came in tore my toilet off, broke tiles and ended up not properly assessing the correct issue until they destroyed my bathroom. I would look elsewhere for service.

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!
