I had a great experience with Heart today. I called them on Saturday and they would have come in Sunday, but I pushed to Monday (or my convenience). Jeremy arrived precisely on time and got right to work. He was very tidy and extremely respectful of our walls. He had to find a leak in our basement ceiling and install a shut off valve for our exterior faucet. He managed to keep the hole so small that it’s just the right size for the access panel. No drywall repairs needed!! That’s huge from my perspective. And the whole thing was done in 45 minutes. I couldn’t be happier.

ReviewThis all starts 4 years ago when we bought the house. When we did our inspection we were told that we had aluminum wiring on some of the outlets. And they would need to be changed sooner than later with updating the electrical panel. It was on our list of things to but other stuff just got pushed ahead of it.So come the past 2 weeks. We started using a space heater in one of our rooms. And each time we used it we would smell plastic burning. We thought it was the space heater. Come come to find out after moving some stuff around it was the other outlet in the room that was burning and melting the outlet and wires. Good thing we caught it when we did.So on Tuesday, March 9th we called 3 electrons companies. One was out of business, another couldn’t get out until Thursday and then Absolute could send somebody out in a couple of hours to check the situation out.They sent Jeremy. Jeremy was very friendly and attentive the entire process. He explained things thorough and what the best options were. He explained he just fix just 1 outlet but there would be no warranty on it. He explained that going through the entire house and putting Alumiconn Connectors on all outlets that were aluminum and replacing/upgrading the electrical panel was the best option. Yes, it would be pricey but it would be worth it. Cause we didn’t know at the time but there was another outlet that was already melting the wires inside the wall and could of started a fire at anytime.So we scheduled the next for Jeremy to come back out and replace the electoral panel and put Alumiconn Connectirs on all outlets and switches that needed it.He came with 2 assistants who’s names were James and Brandon.Both very professional and attentive.They all wore masks and gloves inside our house and cautious of our dog.The work was very good. It did take all day but they were replacing and fixing a lot.The experience was great. Again, they explained everything that was happening. Will definitely hire them again. Everybody was very professional.They got their work down and there wasn’t a lot of down time or just hanging around. From start to finish a great experience.Yes, this is one persons review and experience with the company and their workers but it was a fantastic one. If you have a chance to work Jeremy and his team do so.Thank you.

On the recommendation of Home Depot, we recently called Interstate E & S to replace an old bathroom fan and some lighting controls in our house. Justin arrived on time and sized up the problem. He instructed us on what parts to order. On his return trip, he made short work of the job and charged far less than expected. We're very pleased with his workmanship. I highly recommend Interstate and plan to use their services for future projects.

Just the annual A/C check. Although our unit is 20 years old, there wasn’t high pressure sales for replacement but rather educated us. Jonathan was most helpful in answering a lot of questions! Definitely recommend Brothers Plumbing Heating & Electric.

My old hvac unit had undersized ducting and needed to replace it with something bigger. Travis mentioned I could put the unit in my attic and open up space in my basement. Brilliant idea!!! I had the unit moved to the attic and he did an excellent job! With the correct size ducts my house stays the temperature it's supposed to and works great! He did a very professional job! We had the pleasure of having two of Golden West's pros come out to help us with a heating issue. Our heat went out over Thanksgiving, but Golden West was open the day after without sky-high day-after-a-holiday service fee, which was helpful because we had a small window to get it fixed. Andy responded first and was helpful in getting the furnace working again so we didn't freeze. We had to wait a bit for the full fix but Golden West got us on the schedule right away. Carlos came out, fixed our furnace, and explained everything in easy-to-understand language. Every single person we talked to at Golden West, from the dispatchers to the techs, were helpful, friendly, and professional.
