They came to provide an estimate for 2 jobs - plumbing and electrical - and we talked about a few other issues I was having. They did repairs on the spot without having to book a separate appointment for most of the issues I was having. The only additional appointments I had to schedule was for a big all-day job, and for items that I didn't have the parts I ordered in yet. They were thorough, professional, courteous, and went the extra mile to drive to a store (twice) to get parts needed for my repairs. They will be my go-to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing guys from now on!

Do not hire this company! I set an appointment for some electrical repairs. Day of they called and said they didn’t have a tech available so we rescheduled. Second time they called 1 hour before the anppointment and said the tech couldn’t make it and had to reschedule for an additional 10 days out. Overall I spent two weeks waiting and didn’t get any repairs done. Hire a different company!

We ways have the best experience with the wonderful staff at wirenut. They are timely, friendly knowledgeable, informative, and respectful. Jerry was punctual so. Nice to my mom and kids and educated us on our heating system before he left. Much appreciated as always

Justin has been the most knowledgeable and professional electrican I have ever worked with. He installed a new 200amp service panel and helped me fix another electricians poor job so we could pass inspections. I will be hiring him and his company going forward on all my projects.

Julio arrived on time and performed a complete heating system check. He was thoroughly professional and left no mess. He went over the all details of the inspection and explained all that he found. He answered all my questions about the furnace's operation. I would definitely use them again.

Really horrible company. The workers will lie to you to get you to pay...and then not come back. Don't use them for anything!!!! The owner is rude and mean.....they also charge you three times what others would...do your research first!!!!!

Dan and Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric provided amazing service for my water heater replacement. They may be a little pricier than other companies but in my opinion it was worth every penny. I’d highly recommend them for any of your hvac needs!

Ricky did a great job installing my new Delta faucet. He detected an issue with the old one and was able to install a new faucet and valves on the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not only did he install a new water pressure valve for me, but he was very observant and noticed that my expansion tank for my hot water heater was leaking and installed incorrectly by Home Depot. He came back out and replaced the expansion tank as well as replacing a galvanized pipe in my crawl space. Scott is an excellent plumber and was so patient throughout the whole process. He even took the time to explain what he was doing and provided great knowledge, which demonstrated his expertise in this area. I highly recommend Tipping Hat for your plumbing issues!

Update: We've been a Blue Sky customer since 2014. They installed the furnace in our home before we bought it and so we stuck with them. For the most part, we've been happy with their work. See my original review below about some great service we got from them. But, I have to change my review because of one very frustrating experience.We need a new water heater, so I called them to find out what their typical cost range is for this work, just a ball-park to see if they're in the range of our budget. They refuse to give me any idea of their typical costs without sending out a service estimator, but that will cost $60 if we don't go ahead and hire them. We already pay for their annual service agreement which does come with perks, but apparently a free estimate isn't one of them. It should be. The person who answers their phones and schedules service absolutely refused to even try to find out what they charge for the water heater itself regardless of the possible complexity of installation. She even tried to keep me from talking to anyone else about it. I'm not interested in wagering $60 on if I'll be happy with an estimate or not. I had to be way more persistent than a current customer should have to be. Finally I got to talk to a service manager who reluctantly told me that their typical gas water heater replacement charges are around $2,000 to $4,000. I quickly cancelled the estimator.This isn't the first time their receptionist did me wrong. The first time was when they came out to perform a warranty repair on my furnace. She told me that their labor would be covered by the manufacturer warranty, but when they came out and did the work, they charged me and said she shouldn't have told me that. They really should have stood by their word, even if their employee misrepresented them. It isn't the customer's fault.Again, usually great service, but with some very unnecessary frustration regarding their office employees.Original review:Kris came out to service our furnace today. It was due for preventative maintenance anyway but the blower motor was also making a rattling noise. Kris removed the motor for inspection and was able to knock some small debris out of it. Before firing the unit back up Kris cleaned and inspected the works. Once it was all back together, everything worked perfectly and no more noise! Kris was professional and very friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions, and have advice for our system. I've been using Blue Sky for years and this kind of excellent service is why.

Josh is truly the best tech ever!!!He has been to my house more times than I can count and he is always extremely professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. He takes the time to answer all questions and he is just a genuinely great person who I completely trust with all my plumbing needs. As a bonus, he is beyond gracious in regards to making sure he leaves my house just as clean when he leaves as it was when he arrived.I highly recommend Josh for any and all repairs within his scope. I give him 12 out of 10 stars for every visit he has made to my home.
