Justin and his team provided professional service in the installation of two ceiling fans on 20 foot ceilings. They were on time, took Covid-19 precautions, and were very courteous. It was clear that they took care when bringing in scaffolding to make sure that they did not damage our home. At work completion, they made sure that the work area was clean and that we understood fan operation.

Fantastic service. This is something everyone dreads calling the plumber or hvac guys. This is the second time we've used thier services. The first time my wife and I were due at the hospital in 2 and a half hours to be induced with our first child. A pipe burst in our basement and brothers arranged a way to meet with my mother while we went to the hospital. Fast forward 3 and a half years mid summer monsoon and our furnace blower motor seizes. It took 24 hours considering it was a weekend but they came and rescued us again! Wont use any one else and will have them back soon to repair the system that showed ware during thier repairs!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been a customer for Dr. Fix it since they installed my new heat and AC units two years ago. They do not keep their appointments and reschedule their visit without telling or confirming with you. Their technicians will show up to service appointments without the proper materials for even the simplest of jobs. Example, not having a filter for the yearly checkup on your AC unit. Their “service plan” is a scam to get someone out to your house and try to convince you that something is wrong and you need to spend more money. Sometimes they will do the work before they even discuss the price. They charged me over $300 a simple facet installation that took 15 mins from start to finish. Again I can’t say it enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We had our furnace go out right as temperatures were plummeting toward negative numbers on a Friday night. When I called Aaark they answered right away and within minutes connected me to Travis who arrived within the hour. Our furnace was repaired that evening. We knew we needed to replace our 20+ year furnace soon. Due to the high level of expertise and professionalism displayed by both the company and Travis we decided a few months later to have them replace our furnace. Travis and his team did a fantastic job and we are exceptionally happy!!

Two of your guys showed up about 10 days ago when the weather was absolutely freezing. One of our toilets wouldn't flush. It was determined that the pipes had frozen. A few days later the weather warmed to 74 and it thawed itself. Toilet works great again. Your guys went down to the crawlspace and saw where it had frozen. Told us the pipes wouldn't burst since they were brand new pipes as we had just built this addition and the new bathroom.You're techs were awesome! 👍

When my pipes backed up in the bathroom, my boyfriend suggested that I call Golden West. It was a great recommendation! They sent Anthony Linares to solve the problem. Anthony was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. To start, Anthony had to find the clean out in my snow covered yard. He never complained and set right to work looking for it. He spent a good amount of time trying to recreate the back up and couldn't. He even asked to check the crawl space to make sure the pipes didn't find another way to drain. Yikes! No luck. Try as he might, the clog seemed to have resolved itself. I ended up just paying for a $36 service call. Whew! He could have run his machine through the line and charged me a lot more. Rather he showed great integrity and said he felt like that was not the best plan. I was very impressed.When you need a repair, you never really know if you are paying for more than you really needed. I was expecting an expensive fix and ended up with just a service call. I feel like that rarely happens. He could have easily told me that he needed to do more and he didn't.I would absolutely recommend Golden West and Anthony when your pipes act up.
