I was very impressed with the whole process of booking an appointment online to the quick response I received and the immediate dispatch of a service professional named Ryan to come and diagnose the problem. After the initial call, Collin and Laine came to install a new AC system to replace our 20+ year old unit, and they were true pros! They were polite, courteous and friendly, and and got the job done with the utmost quality. I will definitely be calling Absolute for any future HVAC maintenance. Highly recommend!!

Scott & Cody we’re very helping in fixing a shower head with low water pressure. They were considerate and provided helpful advice. They told me about the prevention program, and followed up by providing details of plan. My only wish is that they would have told me about the $50 off coupon for work performed which I found on their website later.

These technicians obviously work on commission! They will try to upsell you so they make a higher commission. I had some lights out in my condo, and I thought it was a circuit breaker that needed replacing.. Luke came and told me that I needed a new panel for over $2000. I told him I would pay the $40 charge and get a 2nd opinion. It turned out to be a good choice. Another, honest, electrician came in and said nothing was wrong with the panel or the breakers. It turned out to be a light switch with a loose wire. Dr Fix it is a dishonest company trying to extract as much money as they can with each visit or they are inept at troubleshooting. Definitely . . .try another place before calling them

We had our furnace go out right as temperatures were plummeting toward negative numbers on a Friday night. When I called Aaark they answered right away and within minutes connected me to Travis who arrived within the hour. Our furnace was repaired that evening. We knew we needed to replace our 20+ year furnace soon. Due to the high level of expertise and professionalism displayed by both the company and Travis we decided a few months later to have them replace our furnace. Travis and his team did a fantastic job and we are exceptionally happy!!

Mike T was so helpful with working through my water heater issues. He took the time to not only figure out the issue but also to educate me on future issues and how to extend the life of my water heater.
