Gerry from this company was great, he was able to assess a gas line issue that wasn't up to code from the previous owners of the house and able to fix the same week. I was looking to replace an old furnace at my home and was getting independent bids form different companies. I chose Golden West based on their excellent rating. Cris V. came first to give me an estimate. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and motivated to find best product that would suit our needs. He was very knowledgable about different brands and not insisting on a particular brand like all other contractors. I accepted his offer and he scheduled installation within 24 hours. Chris V. and Gabe W. came on time the following day on time. Furnace and thermostat were installed without glitches while the old furnace was removed. Our home was left in immaculate condition although he and other crew member had to go out and in many times. I would like very much to use this company again since I can trust their competent and professional service.
