Overall I had a good experience with this company. I was impressed with their customer service and with my Service Pro Conner that came out to my house did a great job! They send you his profile ahead of time which is comforting. Bottom line is if your able to say that you had a positive experience after putting your own hard earned money into small room you rent on a monthly basis, and only to go #2 in! Well then one would have to be telling the truth. The proof is in the pudding Ladies and Gentlemen. Thanks Done Plumbing & Heating my Thrown is still working great, and it was well worth it. I highly recommend this company! 5 stars all day!!

These guys are fantastic! We had some drains backup over the weekend and they came the same day we called. Cleared the whole problem. They were incredibly friendly and sweet, even to our butthead puppy. The other thing I loved is they explained what the problem was and how they fixed it. This company does NOT nickel and dime you, you get a great value for what you pay.

On top of this great service. We noticed the hot water stopped working and they came back the next day to look at the water heater. The issue was a wiring with the water heater and they fixed it in 5 minutes. They are worth every penny.

This is the company to pick for your draining, plumbing, and water needs. They are a family owned business that has a big heart. Lisa and Savannah on the phone are kind and responsive. Plus all three techs that came out to our house were beyond excellent. Thank you Drain Terrier!!

I would use TCF for small emergency plumbing issues, but not for anything else.
They ended up having to come back and dig up the work they did because they did not pull a permit for the work - we only found out because another contractor hired to work on a different section of our basement told us they couldn't start work unless the previous work had passed inspection (for liability reasons). When we asked TCF for the permit, they tried to give us a million excuses, telling us they didn't need it, that they could submit the permit with photos, and that they were friends with the inspector. Inspector had no idea who these people even were and photos did not suffice. They worked with us to solve the issue, but the fact that they didn't know the code and tried to gaslight us out of a permit was really sketchy.

Great experience. We were helped out quickly and at a very fair price. Definitely have found our plumber.

Maybe the last honest plumber. Stay away from the big companies. This guy saved me several hundred dollars compared to plumb pros and applewood.

In this time of rampant poor customer service and price gouging, we were THRILLED to connect with Sasha from Cap Hill Plumbing. He is very responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, honest and just a really nice guy! During his free estimating process he gave us all the time we needed to discuss and explore options around a hot water heater and water filtration system. Once products and plans were decided he was prompt, thorough, clean and did a great job. When we had him out again to address another issue we thought was related to his original work, but turns out wasn’t, he worked for 2 hours to address some jumping pipe issues, even running to get additional supplies, and wasn’t going to charge us – he just wanted us to be happy (we paid him for his time of course!). I HIGHLY recommend Sasha – you won’t be disappointed!

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Horizon before we got our Ac unit installed by them a couple years ago. I absolutely love this company, the techs and the very sweet ladies in the office are amazing. Our heater stopped working overnight and woke up to an icebox of a house with small children. They were able fit me in same day for maintenance. We had been told by a previous company that we had to replace the whole unit. Brad with Horizon was able to replace a piece and do maintenance that fixed the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with my 3 month old puppy who kept getting in his way. We plan on replacing the unit eventually but its good to know that our family won't have to suffer the cold winter. We will probably using Horizon again.

We bought our house just over a month ago, and during the inspection, some things came up that were not up to code. So the selling realtor set up an estimate with Elite Rooter. The quote came back at $500, and it was in our contract the original owner was not responsible for the repairs. After closing, we decided to have Elite Rooter to come out and do the repairs to bring things up to code. Gabriel showed up almost 2 hours late with another guy and they did a walk through. They then stated that the work was going to be over $3,000 and could not explain why it was no longer $500. We decided to go ahead because it needed the work to be done and they stated that they required a 50% deposit before they could start the work. Gabriel then stated that he had another job to go to and someone else would be here within a couple of hours. If he was scheduled for our job, why did he have to leave so soon. Almost 4 hours later, still no technician, so I called and cancelled the job, it was getting late and they could not guarantee that the job would be completed the same day, and that was the only time we could be home for the work. I was told they could not refund my card and would have to wait for a check in the mail. 2 weeks later, still no check, so I called, and they stated that the check was made out to the realtor instead of me, but they would fix it. Another week later, still no check, I called again and they stated that the check just now got signed and would be sent out. When I confirmed the name on the check, it was still the name of the realtor. There was no record of my name anywhere, even though I have called countless times. I finally spoke to a manager and she said she would resolve the issue and a check will be sent out today. We will see. If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend this company at all

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
