Friendly and fast service, very courteous. I will use them again in the future. Very happy. Today Thursday June 12th I had plumbers from part heating come Daryl and Mark to clear a drain and hang a new sink and the work they did was fast friendly and efficient. From now on they'll be the only Plumbing Service I will use, they're honest I'm to the point to get the work done fast. Thank you for all you've done for us and know we will use you again

We used Doctor Fix-It after a friend's recommendation. They installed a new water-heater, updated our copper pipes and main water valve. They did not provide a receipt after the installation and we struggled to get a break down of pricing for 2-3 weeks after six phone calls. They also struggled to provide in writing their lifetime, transferable warranty to new owners. Our new water heater did not pass inspection initially and they failed to replace our evap cooler valve. Hence, only four stars. However, after we had our electric walk-through, their service was top-notch and we have not had any problems (new electric panel). Their warranty transferrable to new owners is a great deal as well. If you have issues with them, keep on them. Of course we all have our thresholds of patience.Updated: Since the above post, they have been terrific with their response and repairs. Jake with their quality control team is amazing.

A+ service! I called frank because my ac condenser wasn’t working and he came over same day. It took him five minutes to see that it required a very easy solution and was a total gentleman. Would hire again!

Top Shelf did a great job on updating the electrical in my garage. They were very professional, great communicators, offered a good price, and were very adaptable to my time needs and changes. Definitely will use them again.

This was the second time we have used AAA and we have had great experiences both times. Both times they arrived on time and were very communicative with what the issue was and what our options were to fix it. Most recently we needed repair on an outlet leading to our water heater and Mark Tobler was the master electrician that came out to assist us. He was very thorough in finding the route of the problem and was very knowledgeable about not only how the issue happened but also how to fix it so it doesn’t happen again. We will definitely continue to use AAA again for our plumbing and electrical needs.
