The kitchen sink backed up while the dishwasher was running. I tried a plunger and a liquid drain cleaner that were no help. I then went and got a 25ft snake and that didn't work. I had coupon for a $99 drain cleaning and called for an appointment. I was set for 4-6pm. I got a call about 2:30 that a tech was available early. Shortly after 3:00 Vincent arrived. I showed him the problem and explained everything I tried. He said the clog was probably before that line hit the main drain line and his machine would most likely clear it. He laid out some floor protecting cloth before he brought in the machine. This was a huge, electric, professional, drain cleaning snake. After 20 ft or so he said the water is going down. He ran the snake out to 80 ft to completely clear any obstruction. After that he ran water from a hose to be sure it was clear. He cleaned up and made sure everything was as he found it. He explained everything he did and was respectful of our house. I am very happy with the job, and the work that Vincent did.

Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

I was in a panic when I went downstairs to find my basement flooded. My water heater had burst. Called Prime based on their incredible reviews and was not disappointed. The plumber showed up waded through the water and found the shutoff to my house. He was able to help me coordinate the water clean up and then returned next day to replace my water heater. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Park hill plumbers did a great job! I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! And he was also very pleased with his customer service and repairs!

Thomas is wonderful! I can't thank him enough!! Emergency repairs to our septic system were performed same day. We couldn't have asked for a better person to call. If your looking for a reliable plumber, who knows what their doing, CALL TCF!!!

I was so happy to be connected to this company!! I was previously told by another plumbing company that I needed to replace my entire sewer line. I thought something was fishy so I had Better Plumbing come to inspect the lines. The $135 fee was more than worth it. The technician did a camera view of the line and there were NO cracks and breaks that the other company (Plumbline) said were there. Plumbline quoted me over $12,000!! So, to say the $135 was worth it is quite the understatement. All the technicians from Better Plumbing were more than nice and informational. They gave me 2 camera pictures of my lines immediately. Something the original company never did. Don't be taken advantage of!! Get this second opinion. There are companies out there that will do anything to get your money. I had my lines Hydro Flushed through Better Plumbing and my lines are next to new. This all cost me $635!! They also wrote a statement that there is nothing wrong with my lines. Plumbline tried to scare me to get this done immediately or my sewer would overflow..... Unbelievable! Watch out for wolves.....

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.
