Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave and the dispatch center was able to get someone out ASAP. Chris was great, he spent a few hours assessing the situation and eliminating the possibilities of what it could be. He told us his coworker was going to come out early the following morning and finish up. Trey came the following morning and walked us through the problem and it was fixed and up and running within the hour. The service this company does is amazing and their staff is super friendly and helpful.

I own The UPS Store 5183. We engaged AES to install a new Ethernet cable to service our front. They were prompt, courteous and reasonably priced.It is the little extras that set a good business apart. They demonstrated this to us by noticing one of our plastic electrical outlet caps was broken. They picked up a metal one to replace it and install it. That was really appreciated.I dealt with Michelle Holms and she was great to work with.I highly recommend them.

Josh was great. We have 2 dogs that were constantly in his way and it didn't bother him. He was very Honest and didn't try to sell stuff that we didn't need. It was a little bit more expensive than I expected but so is everything else now. I do give kudos for making an appointment on a Sunday and they were here Monday morning. And my sink is back to be used.. Thank you guys

Brian was great! He arrived right on time. I’m single and live alone and needed to know how to turn on and off the water outside, how to prep my pipes for the winter, and I had a running toilet. He was very informative, polite and fixed my running toilet. I will definitely use Dr. Fix It again!

We had a problem with the old wiring between our thermostat and the furnace. We called Tipping hat. Josh came out the same day, found the issue, ran new wire, and made sure everything was working properly. Fast service, great quality, and very responsive. We don’t call anyone else. Highly recommend!

Ethan and Chris did a great job on the electrical work. We needed a new wire run to a few outlets that we weren’t able to do ourselves.
