we discovered a small flood in our basement over the weekend but did not know the source. called a couple of plumbing companies andDone was the only one that said that they could be out the followingSunday morning. We had never used this company before but willmost certainly from now on. Jeremy arrived at the agreed time andfound the leak on the out going hot waterline of the hot water heater right away, explained what options we had and went to work. During the time he had to drain some of the water from the tank he discovered that our floor drain was plugged and switched gears to clear the drain beforegoing back to repairing the the water line. The entire time Jeremy was working he took the time to explain everything he was doing and what the additional cost would be. We were very pleased with the quality and determination of his work. He also discovered another problem with our kitchen drain that will require a camera to figure out and set up an appointment for that the following day, on the ball!! Thanks for all his hard work, you have a great employee in Jeremy.

I initially got a quote from another company that I was unsure about. Contacted this company for a second opinion and he scheduled me that night to come out the following morning. Not only did I receive a much better quote, he was able to explain in detail exactly what was wrong. He even showed me pictures, and took the time to answer any questions and concerns. I decided to go with them, and am thrilled I did. The install was on time and very professional. Inspection was conducted soon after with zero issues. The AC works great and WiFi thermostats were a great addition. I will only go with them from here on out!!!!

I’m a designer who hired this company to disconnect a sink and faucet for new countertops and then to reconnect the new sink and faucet. Our regular plumber was unavailable so we reached out to True. I was told that they would charge $74 for the visit and $45 for diagnostic that would be applied to the final charge if we used them. Our clients are and elderly couple. The plumber came and was so incredibly rude to them and to me. He quoted them $1375.00 to do a very rudimentary plumbing task. The sink was disconnected and we were scheduled for him to return 24hours later, after the counters were installed and the sink was dry. He told our client that he wasn’t coming back until Thursday. I called him and he was again, the rudest person Ive ever talked to. I convinced him to come back Tuesday so they wouldn’t be without water for 3 days. He came on Tuesday and said the brand new faucet wasn’t working and that he will charge them to come back ($180). WORST PLUMBER EVER!!! Do not use this company

Park hill plumbers did a great job! I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! And he was also very pleased with his customer service and repairs!

Thomas fit us into his busy schedule during subzero temperatures in Denver, showed up within an hour and fixed our broken heating! He was our Christmas Miracle!

I run a Montessori school downtown and have been SO pleased with Tony Capra's plumbing. They are responsive and take care of my 20 classrooms with many issues.

Reached out to investigate if they could help me with a non-urgent problem. I was told they couldn't do it today. (I didn't need it done today?) And there are several businesses in the area I was welcome to pay a premium to. Not sure what I did to offend the owner to deserve this rude response, but it was very strange.

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

I called Elite Rooter at 8:30 a.m. and they had a tech out by 10 a.m. to unclog my main sewer line. My kitchen drain was backing up so bad I couldn't even wash dishes. The tech, Javier, was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He spent time checking out my whole house plumbing before setting to the task of snaking out my main line. He did it right the first time at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Elite Rooter and especially Javier, 100%.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
