We've used Heart for HVAC, plumbing, gas and electric. The techs are always great to work with and dont push unreasonable upsells. In past scheduling department struggled with accurate information but that seems resolved in past six months.

I had this company make a service call to my house because our AC went out. The guy that we had explained to me that our refrigerant was out and that because of that it wasn't working and advised us to get a whole new unit. There was a ton of other problems he listed as well. We ended up calling another company out that said that the AC unit just overheated and got it back up and working in under an hour after cleaning it and that the refrigerant was completely where it was supposed to be. I booked with this company cause it has such great reviews but I can't say that I would entirely trust this company to not try and scam you into a whole new unit that's not needed. It's confusing me to write such a bad review on a place ethat has such flawless ones but that's what happened. The picture below is what the guy quoted me for fixing it when it was barely broken and is functioning fine now.

We had several small electrical problems in our house, so i called the Wirenut based on what many other people were saying about them. They sent John, who was really good, very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained each procedure (cost and process). This was the best experience I have had with a contractor in a long time. They are always on time, professional, and more than willing to talk through the plan for the job and ensure I'm OK before proceeding. We have a newborn baby, and our AC suddenly went out on a newly purchased home. Doctor Fix It was able to send Michael over within 2 hours of our initial call. Michael was quick to identify the issue and provide a plan to resolve the issue. Could not be more happy with the level of service that Michael provided. After that, the entire Doctor Fix It team was great, and they had us up and running by the end of the day.

I hired Frank to install a bathtub. He arrived without the plumbing hardware necessary for the install so I had to make several trips to Home Depot for him. It took a full day longer than estimated for the work. The cost was also higher than the initial estimate. The tub was not properly installed and Frank Garcia was not willing to resolve his substandard workmanship. Avoid this contractor!!!

Anthony Garcia came out to assess a non working furnace. He has an easy manner and still 100 % professional.
