I had a leak coming from my ceiling/top floor into my kitchen and coming through a light fixture. I called out Drain Terrier to find the source of the leak and fix whatever was leaking. They came out the same day and performed a leak search by testing bathroom fixtures upstairs. They found the leak in less than an hour and repaired the toilet which was not seated properly. The technician explained everything and was very professional and friendly. Great service and would definitely recommend! I’ve found my local plumber!

Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. Both projects look great and are operating perfectly. What a huge relief to have found a knowledgeable and dependable plumber. Thanks!

Called 5 different plumbers (yes 5 others passed on the job) on a Friday afternoon while visiting Denver and E&J was the first one to have a human answer instead of an automated answering service like all the others. Was very relieved when after LESS than a minute on the phone he said to text him the address and he'd be there within the hour (thank god bec we needed a plumber quick haha) he showed up very quick and got right to work! Super friendly guy and very reasonably priced. Would 100% use for any future plumbing needs if we lived in the area! He is your guy!!! Thank you again!!

I had two other companies and they both wanted thousands to replace different lengths of lines. Kyle and his crew were here and ran a scope and said the problems the others told me about were non-existent! Easy fix and a yearly clean out are all I need! You won't find anyone more honest about what you need.

Thomas is amongst one of the most professional contractors we have had the pleasure to work with. He was on time, up front, patient, but most of all, he demonstrated the utmost integrity. When we were required to make changes to our plumbing for inspections, he honored his commitment to us and came back to make all changes, even if they weren’t his fault, to ensure the job was done right and complete. His excellent work and knowledge of best practices, laws and regulations received high praise from our inspectors. These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
