The service was 5 star all the way. The electrician was friendly, professional, knowledgable, and thorough. One problem. It was $437 to install 3 smoke alarms. $437. Just to install. I had purchased them myself. Maybe that is normal but I was shocked at the price. He told me the price before he installed it and I agreed to it because we had already been a week without the smoke detectors and I had had another electrician cancel on me. But I will probably shop around before I call Wire Nut again.

After another electrician no-showed on us twice, we contacted Interstate and they showed up the next day (on time, even). The previous electrician still came back later after giving us a sob story and gave us a quote that was close to 3x more expensive and claimed we needed to get up to code. Interstate confirmed we were already up to code so it's pretty clear who was being more honest.

Charles and his crew performed a professional, high quality, increased capacity service and multiple panel upgrade to our old house and garage at a fair price. We found them to be responsive, polite, and timely. Thanks CT.

Andre was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what might be causing the uneven airflow in our hvac system. They also did a thorough inspection and caught another issue with our AC that they were able to repair immediately. Appreciate the courteous service and attention to detail!

It's not always easy to find a responsive, skilled electrician (particularly for older houses in Denver), but I was thrilled with the service and value I got. Everything I needed to have done got done - in one visit (and it was bit of work, including new outlets, new light installation, and help with switches for outdoor lighting). Everything turned out beautifully. Highly recommend!

It’s 102 degrees today and Andy’s visit was like a gift! He fixed our AC unit quickly, was very professional and explained what had happened and what he’d be doing to fix it, and he was also just very kind person. Would 100% recommend!!!
