I called late on a Friday but Chris was very friendly and eager to help. I was scheduled for repairs on Sunday but Chris was able to fit me in on Saturday due to a cancelation. Joseph came to make the repairs. He was friendly and efficient. I am very pleased with the overall service I received and will use these guys again in the future!

Cost me 200 dollars to have a switch replaced. My fault for not asking about their pricing before they came out. Took less than 10 minutes. Their minimum service charge is a lot more than other places. A friend of mine recommended them and I figured he wouldnt recommend a place that would rip me off. I was wrong. Called another company (after the fact unfortunately) and their basic service trip charge is 90 dollars. The standard is 90-100 and these crooks charge twice that. Use at your own risk.

I would highly recommend this company. Matt was excellent to deal with through email and getting me a fast and reasonable quote. They were able to come out to our residence quicker than anyone else.
