Used their services several times and referred them out numerous times to colleagues, friends and family. Our most recent electrical project had a budget around $20K. A few months after the work was completed by S Star, we had some motion lights which were not positioned correctly when installed and therefore didn't operate property, along with a couple other minor issues. They sent out an employee to resolve the issues and then sent me a bill for the repairs. I argued with Slava that this should have been covered under a warranty and that they were never installed correctly, but he was insistant that I pay this bill after sending numerous referrals and spending a very high amount of money on our project. None of our motion lights work now just a couple years later and they were not wired to a switch as I hoped. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company any longer, after not standing behind their work and a dispute of such a petty amount in the grand scheme of things

I would have gave 6 stars if i could as S star and the whole team was just fantastic to work with! Slava and Justin are the pros you want to have in your phone book. They came to our location quickly and quoted us out for a variety of jobs quickly and at a great rate. The professionalism was top notch and they knew exactly what they were doing and what we needed. The communication was also fantastic, always keeping in touch and keeping us in the loop of what they were doing and when.
Justin did the installation and was fast and thorough.

I would definitely recommend S Star Electric! We hired them for a residential project (adding recessed lighting and switching out chandeliers/fans). They have great prices and the electricians were all very kind/professional. They were willing to work with our very tall ceilings and they did a great job cleaning up after the project was done. We are all happy over here!

Mostly good things to say. Ben arrived on time and did great work in installing some recessed lights. The project was done in 2.5 hours, but I was still charged a full rate (amounting to a little over $200/hour once you factor in supplies and actual lights). The lights look great, and the install went smooth.

S Star did the electrical work at our home when we did an update of our entire 1st floor in 2020. They did a great job then, but wasn't sure if they would be available to hang one new fixture & install timer on exterior light. So thankful I called because Ben showed up on time, completed the job quickly & made sure to clean up both work areas. I would highly recommend S Star for any electrical job...both big & small.

Our oven kept tripping our breaker weekly. I was making lunch and it happened again so I did a quick google search for best reviews and gave S Star Electric a call. They had Ben come out within the hour. He was professional and very informative. He had to go pick up a new breaker but the whole job was done within an hour.

I went to S Star for a 2nd opinion after another company gave me a quote that seemed ridiculous. Slava sent me a quote that was way more reasonable for having our electrical panel replaced so we moved forward with them. Matteo and Patrick completed the job for us, which turned out to be a bigger & more frustrating job than expected due to how our 1962 house had been wired, but they were great. Everything is working well, it passed the city inspection, and we’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.

I needed an outlet installed under my kitchen sink for a future dishwasher. S Star was one of the initial estimates I got, then the project got put on hold for a while. I contacted them again about a year later and asked for an updated quote. Instead of it being more (which I expected), or just leaving it as-is, they actually did a new estimate that was even less than the first one, and they had already beat the other two estimates I got by a lot. They got me on their schedule about two weeks out, and one of their electricians came out today and knocked it out. He was done before we knew it - I don't even think it was a full two hours - and he even put the stuff I'd pulled out back under the sink and hung a picture back on the wall over the breaker box. When I got the invoice for the work, it was even less than the second quote. When does that ever happen? That's some real integrity. Will totally use this company for any electrical work going forward.

I've used S Star Electric several times now and each time I've been very pleased with the work that they've done. Pricing is fair and they do a good job communicating about the cost and are flexible with scheduling. We are a landscape designer and we brought S Star in to help us out with a complicated project. Wow! Were we impressed! To begin with, we vet our partners pretty intensely, and they were quickly responsive to our requests for their Certificates of Insurance, Workers Compensation, and good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State, as well as their W-9. We're picky about who we send out to service our clients, so we called several times on the day of the job to verify the time S Star would arrive, the name of the technician, as well as their understanding of the work we wanted to be done. S Star was patient with our multiple calls and texts. The most important part? The work was FLAWLESS! The electrical work they did for our client was awesome and that's a high compliment from us because we have made other contractors come back and redo work if it's anything less than perfect in both function and aesthetic. And S Star followed it up with a timely invoice which clearly explained all their charges and gave several payment options, including a discount if we wanted to pay in cash. We wanted to install an electrical tankless water heater, which required to expand our electrical breaker panel and run two high current lines to our basement. Slava coordinated this work with the plumber and Justin the electrician who worked in our house was very polite, knowledgeable and did good, careful work. Slava and his team did excellent work. They installed a sub panel on a garage, re-ran a circuit in my house, and installed some heaters. I don’t have the greatest understanding of electrical work, but they explained things very well and were transparent with their work.

Their pricing was the best out of the bids I received for the work, but it doesn’t seem that quality was sacrificed in the slightest.

I already have referred S Star Electric and will continue to do so.

They have done several jobs for us in the past few years, and they have been perfect. They installed the wires and fuse box for a new central AC unit. They installed two different ceiling fans on vaulted ceilings that had no existing fixtures.

Just today Patrick came and added an outlet so that we could plug in our new gas stove. He was also able to move the old electric stove plug in out of the way so we could use it in the future if we wanted to, but also leave room for the gas stove to fit against the wall.

They did some amazing work and we are very happy we chose to go with them. We were initially worried we would have to get drywall work done as well but they were able to complete the project without needing to do any drywall work. S Star saved my house from a catastrophe! The main feed wires were worn out and exposed on my roof, this was replaced also with a new updated panel, extra outlets inside & outside the garage, replaced bathroom light fixtures, installed dimmer switches in every room and ran 220 to a A/C unit. They did such a great job, was professional and cleaned up behind themselves. Wouldn't call anyone else.

Excellent work preformed by S Star Electric. Slava returned my call in less than 30 minutes. Provided a quote the same day, and was able to schedule the work within 24 hours. Brian did a great job of installing a light fixture that was not easy due to an issue with the manufacturer's design, and completed our project with the install of a ceiling fan and a second light fixture. I highly recommend S Star and I did use them for a second project. I contacted Slava on a Friday, to compete the second lighting install project. Brian had it completed by the following Monday afternoon. Great response time, and excellent work again by Brian.

I couldn't have been more happy with Star Electric. I hired them this week to hook up our new hot tub. They responded quickly to my communications, gave me a super fair quote, showed up when they said they would, and did great work.

I got quotes from a few companies for this project. I had an identical experience with all of them, except for Star Electric. They all had thousands of five star review, had a customer service hotline, had someone come out the next day with an iPad, and gave me a quote on the spot. They also all tried to upsell me on subscription services and other work and quoted me $4,000-10,000 for this super simple job. I was to the point of getting ready to do the project myself.

Star Electric on the other hand felt more like dealing with a normal, local, small business. The customer service aspect was less over-the-top, which I was fine with. Slava came out and did a quality assessment of the work that needed to be done and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Having already researched the cost of parts for doing the work myself, the quote felt like a totally reasonable amount for parts plus labor. I was incredibly happy to pay someone a fair price for doing the work instead of blundering through it myself.

Very quick response to our quote request and they were able to provide the quote without an additional visit (appreciated this during covid times). Slava was able to help us decide the best plan for the work we wanted done and scheduling was easy. Patrick was punctual, friendly and efficient.

One morning, we had a power outage at our bakery in Downtown, Littleton CO. The nature of the problem caused us some confusion, as the power was partially working in some places.

Called early in the morning, and they were able to send Ben, the electrician right away. Ben determined Xcel energy needed to restore full power and was referred to them. I appreciate the quick response and solution.

S Star Electric is the most elite and professional electrical company I have ever come into contact with. I spoke with Slava, the owner on a Thursday and he had his electrician come the next day to cut out and install 4 new canlights in our home. His electrician was clean, concise and very friendly! Yesterday, we were opening up our store, and I noticed a burning smell and smoke in one of the offices. I quickly shut off the lights and called the fire department. The came out and determined that one of our light fixtures was the culprit, so I called a few electricians. They ran a CAT6 cable from a utility room and troubleshot an electrical issue on a separate occasion. My electrical issue came about one afternoon and they came by the next morning.!
