The technician, Lazaro was exceptional. This was for a rental where occupants were Spanish speaking only making it very difficult to understand the problem or how to help. Lazaro was professional, thorough, kind and relayed information readily. I appreciate the help he could provide my renters and me.

The price I was quoted was competitive from the start, unlike a competitor who offered me a discount only after I mentioned I’d already gotten a better deal. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and professional. Brandon did a great job coordinating the project and keeping me in the loop, and Steven and Corey and their helpers provided a solid installation. I appreciate that an effort was made to keep the necessary interior wiring as inconspicuous as possible.

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

Couldn’t be happier I called IIya to fix a reoccurring drain issue with our kitchen sink. He made it out with a few hours and had the problem was fixed within the hour. Like the other reviews before me mentioned, he takes pride in his work, is a pleasure to work with and charges a fair amount. I will be using IIya for all of our future plumbing needs.

Speedy friendly service. Arrived when scheduled and did a good job. Slightly higher than what I budgeted, but I'd recommend either way as it's tough to find a reliable, friendly plumbing company.

We had a leak in our basement called Plumbline and they dispatched Vince R. He was great fixed the problem in no time, very professional answered all our questions. If we have any future plumbing issues we are going to request that he comes to get the job done.

This plumber is our go-to plumbing company. They have never disappointed us. They are reliable, do good work, and charge a reasonable amount. I fully recommend their services to everyone.

They were prompt, professional and very friendly. Rick was amazing and spent a lot of time trying to locate the issues that were causing water damage. He stayed on it until he figured it out and I did not feel uncomfortable having him throughout the house.

My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
