I will definitely use them again! Their quoting process was clear, they were quick to schedule and the installation team was awesome. I got estimates from three other local companies. Juniper was the second lowest bid I received but their customer service was outstanding from start to finish so definitely worth that little bit more in the end.

THE BEST!!! We’re not even sure where to start. Juniper Mountain Electric went above & beyond their call of duty in helping us out with our electrical issues, and boy was it an issue. In a nutshell, we had a power outage go out during the recent holidays. We were referred to Jake and Bonnie of Juniper Mountain Electric and not only did they provide us with excellent customer service and timely diagnostics, but extremely fair pricing as well. On extremely short notice, Jake came out after hours on a cold wintry night. He told us what was up and would personally take on the job, because he knew what a bind we were in. We know for a fact, that Jake and Bonnie’s company searched on their time off including the weekend to find the parts we needed (which weren’t readily available) to fix and update our project. We have dealt with electricians before and NEVER have we received the type of MAGNIFICENT service that they provided. Thanks again to Jake and Bonnie and their terrific staff (Justin and Jacob to name a couple), for the wonderful, prompt resolution to our situation. Keep up the fantastic work. We will never forget, and we will use your establishment for future projects.

Juniper Mountain Electric did a great job hanging a chandelier for us on a very tall ceiling. They were reasonably priced, responsive and professional. They also were able to get us scheduled quickly and cleaned our house well afterwards. We had a small issue the first time they hung the chandelier (mostly my own fault) and they offered to fix it free of charge for us. Very impressed and will definitely use again if we need an electrician!

All of the techs that have been on jobs at my house are efficient, helpful, professional, prepared - willing to wear a mask and always put on booties when in the house. Very impressed with each tech that has come out - and I've used them at least three times. Recommend this company!

We had a good sized residential job putting in power and light to 3 outbuildings, a lot of custom work involved. They got everything up and running as requested where it was needed.

I recently had my electrical panel upgraded. It was a great experience from my first phone call with Bonnie to completion of the project with Jake and his crew. Bonnie explained everything to me and was with me until completion of the inspection. Jake and his crew were very friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs and questions. If you are considering any electrical, I would highly recommend them. They are competitive with price and very responsive.

We are first time homeowners and needed a new electrical panel upgrade. Juniper was great with giving us options and helping us make a plan and the prices were very reasonable compared to other companies. Bonnie was incredibly nice and easy to work with, even though we had them write last minute add-ins to the quote. The electricians were in at 7 am, and out by 4. The city inspector said it was as clean work as you can get. One thing I do think is that Bonnie deserves a higher clerical fee. Other companies did not have such nice clerks and that makes the whole thing a better experience.

We had a fabulous experience with Juniper Mountain Electric who installed a new 240V electric circuit for a range. The estimate was quick. Scheduling the work with Bonnie was quick and pleasant. The work done by Jack and Cody was excellent and passed the city inspection first time. Jack and Cody were also pleasant on the job and cleaned everything up nicely. Bonnie had set up the city inspection for the next day so we had everything done in a timely manner. We will use them again when we need electrical work.

I would highly recommend Juniper Mountain. I had them out here for a service panel replacement on my home. The work looks great. They made every step of the process easy, they were able to schedule the work at a time that fit my schedule, and everybody on staff was very friendly. Bonnie has been great to communicate with. I shared my concerns about holes in the finished basement with Jake and his crew. They listened and were able to only make one hole for the grounding wire. I appreciate how well they cared for my home and did an amazing job cleaning up when they left. I'm very happy with the work they did. I would definitely use them again.

Work was performed on July 29, 2019. This was the first time we worked with Juniper Mountain Electric. They provided an estimate as promised and started work on the day stated in the estimate. working with miss Bonnie and Jake has been absolutely amazing! I contacted them to do the electric in my new built shop and it has turned out absolutely amazing.
1. Bonnie always calls back within 24 hours. Usually most of the time she calls back before I’m done leaving a voice mail, always friendly on the phone and always up for a laugh, schedules things promptly with the guys and makes sure that the customer is in the loop throughout the whole process.

2. Jake, Jack, Justin and Cole, the only way to sum those guys up is professional and fun. They didn’t mind me coming to watch them work. The only request that they had if I hung out was that I have fun and that we did! Their fit and form was outstanding! In fact I really don’t want to put dry wall over all of my wires. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN in every sense of the word. If they had a question about how I wanted something ran then they asked! Their clothes were always clean and they always looked neat and tidy. You guys rocked it!

3. All in all, there’s no other electrician that I will ever use again for any of my projects. The ENTIRE juniper mountain electric team has far surpassed my expectations and I am extremely pleased with how my project turned out and look very much forward to doing business with them again in the future. In the process of relocating to Colorado we learned our house needed new electric service. We were referred to Juniper Mountain Electric by our Realtor and couldn’t have been happier. Bonnie and Jake took excellent care of us. We had multiple estimates and found Juniper Mountain’s to be competitive. They quoted us for upgrading our electric service, handling punch list electrical items that our inspector noted, and installing recessed lights. We asked them to do all the work which they completed right away, accommodating our schedule of wanting to have work done prior to moving in. They even worked around other contractor’s requests. I contacted Juniper Mountain Electric to fix an electrical installation that another company had done incorrectly (and not up to code) for our basement bar. They were able to schedule an appointment with me right away. Both Jake and Bonnie’s upbeat attitude, friendliness, and good nature turned a very frustrating situation into a scenario where I felt I was in good hands. Jake was knowledgeable about what needed to be done to correct the electrical, and the Building Official for my town even made a side comment to me during rough inspection that Jake “really knows what he’s doing. You’re in good hands.”
I had a lot of specific requirements that had to be met for this correction, and Juniper addressed everything with a positive attitude and great communication. I’m very happy to finally have this problem fixed and my only wish is that I had hired them to do the work in the first place

I have never had to do any electrical work beyond changing a switch or light fixture myself, so I was definitely out of my comfort zone with finding someone to dig a trench and add power to our shed.

Jake, Bonnie, and their whole team were amazing to work with. They are extremely courteous and helpful with everything they do and make sure you are aware of any possible issues or changes. They are priced very reasonably and did an amazing job!

Used them for a number of projects. Everything from installing new light fixtures on a vaulted ceiling to a 220 outlet in the garage. It was a big job, so they brought out about 7 folks to knock it out in a single day. Their quote was competitive and their work and professionalism was amazing.

This is a wonderful local family owned company that has ethics, honesty and thoughtfulness throughout! They replaced our panel, and did all the electrical work for about 500sq ft of our basement finish project. Each time they came they were very clean, always putting on the feet covers, vacuuming dust and debris as they worked and very polite and kind. Hired for installing fanlights to three rooms and loft. Great price (compared with 5 different company near my house), great availability, and quality work. We have had the pleasure of using Juniper mountain electric twice this year. the first job was big and had many different components to accomplish One of them was big; involving having the power down and replacing the circuit breaker box. while they were here on site they performed other electrical work in my home.. the job was finished in one day as HAD BEEN PROMISED AND EVERYTHING WORKED THE WAY IT SHOULD! The guys out on the job were very courteous and professional at all times. a very good job of cleaning up the work area was done. Everything worked as it was supposed to.
the second time I called juniper mountain electric I WAS IN A PANIC MODE. It was hot and our air conditioner was not working. it was the first time of the season to turn it on and it was not cooperating. it would not start. it was already late on the Friday afternoon. I did not believe my ears when Bonnie, owner /partner, told me that one of the guys would stop by on their way in for the evening. An hour later and a team from Juniper Mountain Electric stopped by and responded to our need to repair the problem with the air conditioner. They found the problem , went to get a part and installed it. We had air conditioning within an hour timeline. Again the guys were professional, courteous and very good at their job.

I was constructing an addition on my home for a flip, doing all the work myself when the inspector said the breaker box was shotty and needed replaced to bring the house up to code on the last week of the renovation. Time was a big issue and I needed someone with more knowledge than i had. The inspector told me juniper did some of the best work in the area. They were out within a couple days, finished the entire breaker box and meter swap in a day and the work was above par. Not only that but they were really cool to share workspace with for the day.

These folks installed an outlet in our walk-in closet. The process was quick, great value for what I spent, and was so clean afterward that the outlet looked like it had always been there. Definitely my first choice for future electrical needs.

I have to admit I was a little nervous calling an electrician that I have never used before. So often these small business owners are overbooked and running their business from their cell phone while driving down the road. What a pleasant surprise to find that Juniper runs their business like a business. When I called I was greeted by a very professional receptionist. They showed up on time, did amazing work at a very fair price and even called me the next day to make sure that I was satisfied. I was indeed satisfied. I now have an electrician for life.

Diligently followed up on their quote (plus for those who are busy all the time like myself). Respectfully inquired about why they had lost the bid to self improve (smart), answered questions on the phone and via text, quickly made revisions (multiple) to clarify/improve the quote. Service was scheduled and completed within one week of acceptance. Fair price, properly and legible relabeled everything, minimal drywall rework and cleanup required, crew was friendly with animals, wore masks during COVID-19 (if you care), couldn't ask for more! Will be using again for some future work.

Six electricians came to our home to solve the problem of burnt wiring leading to our swimming pool. They arrived on time, assigned tasks to each man, were neat, cleaned up after themselves, responded to my requests cheerfully, and did a perfect job re-routing wiring through two attics, down the outside of my house, underground and up to the pool equipment.
