A company with heart! After a couple of poor interactions with other companies my experience with the team at Heart was a breath of fresh air. They actually came to our house on a Sunday while our heating was down. Our Technician Mitch was friendly, courteous, and thorough. Their guaranteed work seemed of high integrity, and their pricing fair. If I’m in need of plumbing service again I won’t hesitate to call.

They took the time to educate me on my AC system and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They were truly all about quality customer service. Frank is awesome. I hired Frank not knowing anything about him or his business. I found Absolute Mechanical on Google and noticed that his business was in my area and I need someone asap to clean & service the furnace, repair a gas pipe, and redo some ventilation. Frank was on time, friendly, and his work was excellent!

Stephen came out to help diagnose and correct an issue with our air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He explained a lot along the way, which was much appreciated. He also wore a mask and shoe covers in our home. The office staff and dispatchers are very friendly on the phone as well. I appreciate that someone answers right away and I don’t have to listen to a recording at all first. Will definitely use them again. Thank you!

An INCREDIBLY efficient and responsible company. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Top Shelf. We had a massive job that needed to be done with a complete rip-out and re-install of our Furnace. They also installed AC and upgraded our Electrical Panel. Financing was really easy and helpful and the entire process was painless. They're like a well-oiled machine and all the work was done incredibly quickly. I would highly-recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work (or any work) done.
