I'm fairly new to the area and needed to find a plumber to fix a broken disposal. After checking reviews online I called Around the Clog. They did not disappoint! I was able to make an appointment for the next day and Heather gave me an estimate of how much the service would cost. She was super helpful and courteous. Mike, the repairman, was on time and put covers on his shoes before coming into the house. He fixed the disposal in no time and I was actually charged less than the estimate. Could not be happier with their service! These are very nice people.

I would never use this company they are Crooks! customer service: if you call to get something that has been warrantied, needs fixed or has any issue, management will not call you back. Run from this company, Tipping hat Plumbing and heating is not the choice to use for anything. Once they get your money that's it! They don't care about you as the customer or what's going on with your issue when they come to your house but they try to charge you more on very simple fixes. This company deserves zero Stars

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

Refused to discuss or look at new Heat Pump (Geothermal) unit. Low pressure switch is either bad or unit has a small refrigerant leak. I have pressure switch coming from manufacturer, it’s a $5 dollar part. Owner said he doesn’t work on homeowner provided units. I’m a general contractor and didn’t have a chance to even tell him this. He said he would be happy to replace entire unit... That’s funny ! Funny thing is I have (4) single family homes I’m building in 2021 and my HVAC contractor retired in the past year, I’m looking for a good company to do my work and be responsive. Homeowners beware! Never judge a book by it’s cover, Sir! Big mistake!!!

I've come to really appreciate the customer service and technical expertise I receive when I call Swan. This time around I received help from a technician named Jeremi. His customer service skills were exemplary as is what I expect from the technicians with Swan. Jeremi was an excellent technician, was extremely polite and courteous, and if I had to put his work and everything else into one word, I would use Outstanding! You can't go wrong with these guys if you're looking for peace of mind after the work is done because they stand behind their work.

I haven’t hired this company but never would after a VERY unprofessional experience with one of their drivers this morning. Not only was the bed of his truck a mess with a ladder just thrown in on top of everything (and didn’t appear to be secured down) after I passed him and safely moved in front (after he tried not to let me by continuing to speed up), he had the audacity to flip me off and give several other gestures when a car quickly pulled in front of me trying to pass another car and I had to hit my breaks. I’m sure he was upset that he had to break but hitting the breaks for me is a much better option than a multi car crash which is what would have happened if I didn’t break and with how closely he was on my back bumper. Then when I finally turned and he passed me I was so kindly flipped off again. Way to be a professional! So glad I was intrigued by the company name on the side of his truck so I can warn others to beware of what kind of rude people will come to their home if they hire this company!

KC Collins came to my home yesterday to fix the bathtub which wouldn't drain. He was very professional and trustworthy in my home. He did a great job and in a timely manner. We found Mark through our neighbor, who recommended him and spoke very highly of his work. Mark has since helped us with an emergency job that I thought would be a HUGE blow to our wallet, but his cost was totally fair! He arrived just 2 hours after I called him, and completed the job 1/2 hour before he estimated. He was efficient, quick, honest and did great work. We will call Z plumbing again!

Why do house problems seem to happen over the weekend? Last Saturday night our furnace stopped heating so I called AOK Sunday morning and Allen came right over. He did a temporary fix so we could try to salvage the old furnace. We decided to buy a new furnace so Nick installed it on Tuesday. We've had a long-term relationship with AOK and appreciate how responsive they are. We trust them!
