Larry is likely the most professional plumber I've ever dealt with. I think he's a very pleasant individual as well. He was extremely well prepared, perfect planning and presentation of the details and facts. Everything from his tools to his work was neat and well organized. The work he performed was excellent. You won't find better. A+. He is the reason I signed up for the yearly membership.

Leo, Ben, Andrew and Gunny have been amazing throughout the process of diagnosing and replacing my A/C unit. Very professional and did the job making me feel comfortable with the entire process. I would highly recommend these guys!

Technician arrived as scheduled and was very polite and professional. He identified what I needed done and thoroughly explained how they would complete the work. He was unable to complete the work on this visit because I needed a special breaker to accommodate my portable generator and outlet but we agreed that when they have the part they can come out and finish the work. Since my generator is being serviced it’s not an issue. Very satisfied right now and will update after work is complete.

Across multiple properties, Frank is the best HVAC technician i've worked with. He is prompt, polite, knows his craft, charges a fair price, and takes the time to educate you on what he's working on. He's helped me twice on one property in West Highland. Showed up the same day I called, and one time even turned down payment because the fix was so quick. I wish more contractors were like Frank!

The technician arrived on time and kept me informed via phone before during and after the service at my fathers home. He was friendly, patient and professional. Problem solved and we were very pleased with the service.

Doctor Fix-it has great service and is very quick to respond and communicated perfectly. Jay Parker was awesome! Everything was explained to me step by step and made me feel like I’d known him forever. Jay is very profesional and super friendly hopefully if we need Dr Fix-It again he is our plumber.

I had outstanding service on an issue I had with circuit breakers tripping in our finished basement. The gentlemen took the time to thoroughly test what was causing the issue, explaining what he was looking for and seeing. He fixed the issue quickly in the best way I could hope for.
