When I bought my condo in summer 2020, I knew there were electrical issues to fix. I put my trust in a different company and found out today thanks to Justin's expertise that the company I'd trusted had completely botched the job. I was distraught by this news, but Justin took the time to outline exactly what I needed to do to bring that company to justice, and what he would be able to do to fix it when the ordeal was over. I cannot thank Justin enough for taking the time to walk me -- a first-time homebuyer -- through this. I wish I'd found him in summer 2020. Don't hesitate to hire him -- you will be able to sleep at night knowing you've paid for a job very, very well done.

Scheduled a weekend appointment for irrigation start up in Mid-April and called on the morning of the service date to be told they don’t have anyone to cover the service and they would have to reschedule 4 weeks from now. Our yard will be dead by then with no irrigation running for another four weeks. Horrible customer service for a company that claims to make you smile. This is second year in a row that Brothers has not made their commitment to servicing my needs, so shame on me for thinking I would get a different experience by standing by them again this year. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my experience the past two years. To the sisters at Brothers, your ads are a joke and your business isn’t making people smile…

Doctor Fix-It responded very quickly by sending out the extremely professional and knowledgeable plumbing expert Steve P. He installed our kitchen faucet and serviced our water heater in about an hour. I would highly recommend Doctor Fix it and Steve P. for any plumbing needs. I have tried several different plumbing companies over the past two years for various plumbing projects and Doctor Fix-It - is by far, the best!!

Britton was detailed with what was needed and answered our questions in a way that we understood. He was very personable establishing a trust. He identified and corrected a previous job (different company) that was not correct. With electric issues we may be peeling an onion but if we do have to go to the next step we will call Applewood and ask that Britton returns to do the work.

Had Brian come out and repair some old outlets and wiring, and he did a phenomenal job!. Very quick as well! Will be having him come out and install new light fixtures in our closet. 100% recommend!!

I had a simple request to tell me the cost to install a customer toilet. I was told that an onsite service technician was required to tell me the cost. Five minutes into the service visit the technician pulled his tablet out and looked up customer toilet and told me basically 950.00$us. And now I was responsible for a 49.95$us visit charge.cool scam for a black and white diagnosis. I believe it would be different for a plugged drain or backed up shower.needless to say I didn't use AAA.

Andre was on time, very friendly, and got down to business immediately. He diagnosed the problem (a new hot water heater was needed) and then went about giving us options with different price ranges and quality. We picked the one that suited our needs, and he proceeded to dismantle our old one, and installed our new one within a few hours. He explained everything about the system that we needed to know. He removed the old tank and cleaned up thoroughly all around the area. Could not possibly be more pleased with the quality of service that we received. Highly recommend.!

Blue Sky is always great, and the service tech Mario was no exception. He shared plenty of great insight about how to improve my system and the airflow in the home. I felt like he went above and beyond to solve this issue we were dealing with and provide tips for how to avoid or mitigate it in the future.New update:I had the Blue Sky Team install my tankless water heater on 2/21 and 2/22. They came back the following week to put the finishing touches on the job.The entire crew was fantastic and they worked their tails off for 2 full days on the 21st and 22nd. They fought through bitter temps (less than 5 degrees outside) to install a new gas line and ensure that my water heater was installed properly.Great attitude the entire time, good communication, and transparency I appreciated about the scope of work and the cost involved.Shoutout to Josh, Eli, Wes and Aaron for all of their hard work

When I first moved into my house, my swamp cooler needed to be charged up for the season and I knew nothing about it or plumbers in Denver. So I looked in the files left by the previous homeowner and found Golden West ... and have used them for all my plumbing, heating, cooling services for the last 5 ½ years. Most recently I needed to install a new boiler ... there were fits and starts in making a decision but Anthony was with me and patient the entire time! Almost 3 months after he prepared the original estimates, I finally gave the go ahead and Anthony went into action ... stopping by to measure and plan his attack on my ancient boiler and web of pipes! He and Carlos arrived one day to begin installation - worked into the night and provided spaces heaters for the overnight my home would be without heat. I gave them a key to my home to come and go as they needed for 2 days with 100% confidence! I have a shiny new boiler and attached pipes ... so pleased its performance! I cannot say enough about how competent and professional Anthony and Carlos were and how neat and clean they left the work area and my home. My old boiler was a beast and required a team of 4 to come get it up and out of my house ... Favian, Alan and 2 others whose names I am sorry I do not know were jolly and kind and strong and efficient ... in and out in about 15 minutes! I will never use another plumber/heating company ... these guys are the best! Thank you thank you!
