All three of the gentleman who serviced our house were outstanding professionals. Dan and Mike did a great job at explaining everything as the process was ongoing. Along with their associate Victor who did the original estimate for us and had us set up with 2 portable AC units until ours is replaced.

Will never use this company for a purchase and install again. $11,000 for an A/C unit poorly installed. Will only allow them to check A/C during warranty period.Had a new A/C unit installed last August, 8/22, and it is already low on freon, which means Absolute did not charge it properly during install and then there was this last year, first issue was poor installation and had to have them come back to work on how the air filter was held in place. Air filter placement is still a problem, I am 65, and have to get down on my hands and knees, to make sure the filter is in place, due to the poor install from this company. Previous filter, I opened a small door and slid out the old furnace filter and slid in the new, not anymore with Absolute installation, have to get on the floor on hands and knees, use head lamp to see into duct, and then push the filter into place to make sure it is sealed.On Tuesday, 4/11/23, had the first check up, since install, on the $11,000 A/C unit and find out it is already low on freon, which was the same problem as the last A/C unit that was replaced. Obviously not charged correctly to begin with or is it leaking?Very disappointed, beware before you use this company and make sure you get several quotes from others, Absolute is very expensive with poor installation. They also spend more time trying to find something wrong with the HVAC system to send you quotes, then make sure the system actually works. The quotes are not itemized, just a number, so you do not know what you pay for the part or labor. Use someone else, save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

I would definately recommend The Wire Nut. We were having a problem with our AC staying on so we called The Wire Nut. Charles Dozeman was our technician and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our problem, explained what needed to be fixed and answered every question I had. I will definately use this company in the future because of how sincere and honest Charles came across and he left my furnace area cleaner then how he found it.

The high Google rating for this company is accurate, and reflects the high level of service we received with Brothers on our plumbing repair. Their communication was excellent, and they did not rest until all of our problems were solved. We will definitely be calling Brothers with any future plumbing needs.

My plumber was Branden Ganskow. This Man was amazing. Very friendly and personable. The most organized plumber that ever worked for me. The job was done right and in a timely manner. I am not only satisfied, I am ecstatic with the whole job. From a scale of 1 to 5, Branden Is a 10. Thank you Doctor fix-it for a project well done !!

after changing ownership all of the sudden they are requiring all sort of paperwork and disclaimers to be signed... not sure what is going on... they used to be pretty good but this past weekend me and my tenant went thru hell to get the service to used to get with no issues... sorry they just lost a loyal customer.

I had Blue Sky out to install a new humidifier and air filtration/purification in my home. Vinny and Dustin did an incredible job. They even redid my ductwork to make everything look nice and function properly. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. James also did a wonderful job running the new electrical that was needed. I noticed a difference in air quality in my home almost immediately. Could not be happier!!

As always Andy did a great job. The office communication were perfect letting me know when he would arrive so I would have a heads up. Andy is professional prompt and great at explaining everything he was doing. Always like working with this team.
