I was so happy to be connected to this company!! I was previously told by another plumbing company that I needed to replace my entire sewer line. I thought something was fishy so I had Better Plumbing come to inspect the lines. The $135 fee was more than worth it. The technician did a camera view of the line and there were NO cracks and breaks that the other company (Plumbline) said were there. Plumbline quoted me over $12,000!! So, to say the $135 was worth it is quite the understatement. All the technicians from Better Plumbing were more than nice and informational. They gave me 2 camera pictures of my lines immediately. Something the original company never did. Don't be taken advantage of!! Get this second opinion. There are companies out there that will do anything to get your money. I had my lines Hydro Flushed through Better Plumbing and my lines are next to new. This all cost me $635!! They also wrote a statement that there is nothing wrong with my lines. Plumbline tried to scare me to get this done immediately or my sewer would overflow..... Unbelievable! Watch out for wolves.....

Our heater stopped working for some off reason. Called Tipping Hat, they installed our new unit about a year ago, and Dillon came out to investigate. He found the problem, fixed it promptly and set us up for a service in the spring before leaving our house. He was very professional and we really appreciated him taking care of the follow up appointment before leaving.

Al came out and gave me a quote $400 less than a competitor. He did the job the same day and finished it it in about an hour when the other said it would take four hours.

They cleaned 2 drain lines for $892 which I think is outrageous. I got a 100 discount so it would’ve been $992 for leaving a review which I did yesterday. But today after the camera showed there still a blockage in the line, they want to charge $8900 to dig a 8 foot trench in my yard to put in 2 clean outs, I decided it’s best to amend this review. I would not use this company again.

The service and quality are outstanding from this company. I had 7 companies at my house to evaluate our leaking boiler and Tony Capra was the only one who worked to fix the problem instead of telling me I needed a new one. This saved a ton of money, but also showed that they care about the customer.

Brian Kirbow was the person who worked on our problem. We had a clogged pipe which a previous plumber couldn't clear. Brian had to run his rooting machine several times to the maximum length of the machine to finally get roots in the line. Brian was courteous and professional, which was impressive since he seemed to be coming in from an especially long day, and he showed up just before 8 at night. Roto-Rooter's notification system, on the other hand, needs work. I made the appointment with my phone, but somehow they kept using my wife's number, who was working.

We are still waiting on Plumbline to return to our home to fix the plumbing issue that they actually made worse on their first trip to our home. They caused flooding in our basement. We now have a restoration company cleaning up the mess, but Plumbline has yet to return with an experienced plumber to fix the issue.

I want to share my recent experience. I am the sole caregiver for my 89 yr old Mother who lives with me under home hospice care. Yesterday morning the hot water in the tub/shower wouldn't shut off.
