Stephen was great! So knowledgeable and considerate. We were changing from an electric stove to a gas stove and he took the time to explain the work he was going to be doing and why it had to be done. He gave us ideas for future projects as well, that we are taking under strong consideration. He will definitely be the one we call if we need anything else! We highly recommend him!

Truck cut me off in the Fraser Murdoch’s parking lot. Tried calling company they didn’t respond to issue. I’d recommend not driving hazardously when company name and number are in the side

Frank installed central A/C for us for the second time and we always enjoy his services. Every time we use Frank, he ends up fixing other areas around the appliance to ensure that his work is 100% correct and safe. He always goes above and beyond and cant recommend him highly enough

Great guys heating and cooling had been an amazing company to work with. Our furnace went out unexpectedly in the middle of last winter, they were able to get a new one installed and running quickly and at a great price. This year we had some issues with the new furnace and great guys stood by their work and got everything back up and running within 24 hours. I cannot recommend them enough!

So, we've used Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric for one of our rental units. The Pros are they schedule quickly, they were spot-on time the first time and the second time they had to reschedule numerous times due to running behind. That said--they let us know in advance they were running late and handled the matter as best they could. They do not provide written estimates and they do not break down their invoice parts & labor. To replace a Kohler Shower Cartridge / Temperature regulator (a part that is $50.00 - there was no written estimate at the time they are on site - they just quoted the job at $666.00. To be clear, they went out ONCE, called us w/ total price. We were traveling and just wanted it to be fixed so we moved forward with the work, only to find out that 2 other companies would have charged $89/hour + parts and $99/hour x 2 hours + the part respectively. (1/3 of the cost that Applewood PH&E charged. They called immediately after the job was complete asking if we were satisfied, it wasn't until 9 days later after calling twice that we were able to get an invoice. No transparency and 3X the cost of 2 other places. I would avoid Applewood in the future unless you like to pay too much.

An INCREDIBLY efficient and responsible company. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Top Shelf. We had a massive job that needed to be done with a complete rip-out and re-install of our Furnace. They also installed AC and upgraded our Electrical Panel. Financing was really easy and helpful and the entire process was painless. They're like a well-oiled machine and all the work was done incredibly quickly. I would highly-recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work (or any work) done.

The repairman Corey arrived promptly according to company projections at the time we contacted them. He contacted us one the way as well which we appreciated. He promptly went about his work and soon cleared our drain. He couldn’t guarantee the work because we didn’t do a video of the drain which was disappointing but not a major concern. He also cleaned the area very thoroughly before departing. Based upon what we experienced today we would use AAA again, we would recommend their drain clearing service, and we would gladly accept Corey again as our service man.

We lost our air conditioning. The technician showed up on time to evaluate it and my furnace. Both are 18 years or older and needed replacements. The tech took the time to show me all the problems with both systems. Physically showing me the problems so i could make a knowledgeable decision on my next path.We decided to replace both units and that's when we got the quote. It was almost half of what i thought it would be. They had several units to choose from and different payment options.Next was scheduling the job. We figured a week to wait in the hot August sun. But to our great delight the could do the job tomorrow.The 2 technicians where very knowledgeable, friendly and where patient with all my many thanks.I recommend Tipping Hat for all your HVAC needs.Great prices, Great staff and what looks like a real stand up company.

They don’t fix the issues they do simple tasks and expect you to pay, they will add a ridiculous amount of charges for replacing a flange something simple 🤷🏻‍♀️ we had a bathroom leak and they said only the main line is warranted the line are all connected to the main line. Keep your money. There’s a worker from California big guy who is finding ridiculous solutions for ridiculous amounts of money 🤮 🤢
