Charged us $382.00 for a $45.00 dollar part. We needed a furnace new igniter and I was out of town. On top of a $69.00 service call. Electrician then called back later in the afternoon claiming to have left a tool at the house. He came while my wife was on a work call, collected his item, then left. Furnace stopped working the next morning. Wife removed panel and sent me pictures. The hose had been removed from the pressure sensor causing a failure. She replaced the hose and it worked fine. They tried to sell us on replacing the draft motor for a $1,000 dollars. That's a $300.00 part. They also wanted $900.00 to remove the blower motor, clean it, and put it back in. I could buy a new housing and blower motor for $600.00. Way overpriced. Would never use them again.

Joseph Friel was the tech who came to service the furnace. He was on time, professional, knowledgable and friendly. I would hire WireNut again.

I’ve used Brothers 2-3 times over the last 15+ years & they have always been great. This last time was no different, except I was very surprised to have a female technician. Nick replaced the pressure relief valve and part of our PVB. He was very professional and nice and had the entire job done in less than 2 hours. It was very easy to schedule our appointment with the manager, Michael. I appreciated his professional attitude, and safe attitude with COVID-19 precautions. He left our room cleaner than he found it, wore a mask the entire time, and shoe covers in the house. We were impressed with his positive attitude, and his kindness. We have an old blower motor in an old condo that had some electrical issues. I called 5 different HVAC companies (3 of which came out to visit over a period of 10 days) and Frank was the only guy in the whole city that would even touch my unit after seeing it. He set me up with an upgraded and more efficient water heater because mine was not properly serviced by the previous owner, that comes with a 10 year warranty (5 parts/10 labor). Andrei was patient and went over all of the details in what is covered, and made me feel confident in my decision to go with AAA.

Our 18+ year old hot water heater died yesterday morning. I have used Tipping Hat before, so I gave them a call. Ricky came out later that day, immediately saw what was needed, along with some modifications to our water line.
