We had Tipping Hat replace a sump pump while our basement was flooding because the old one wasn’t working. Saved us from damage that would have cost us thousands of dollars. Our work was completed a few days ago and I think I can safely say everything went exceedingly well. We had a very unfortunate leak in our main water service line and our house is quite old with some (likely) original piping, making our job pretty complex. No other companies really offered a solution that seemed reasonable, besides Hyper Flow. I had several plumbers out to give ideas and quotes (anyone with good reviews!). Kyle was also one of the few who seemed to simply provide information and didn't seem like he was trying to scare us into spending more money or doing more work. Kyle provided great explanations of what would happen, what our options were, why other options weren't feasible, and answered questions really clearly. I felt like I was in good hands, as you could see how methodical and organized he was in his approach. We had some scuffs on our walls, etc after the work was complete but our living room was jackhammered through and basically a construction zone, so I'm not sure that could've been avoided. They also worked on our house for about 12 hours to have everything complete in one day, which I feel like was really an extra step, instead of coming back a second day. I feel pretty thrilled to have found a reliable plumber. I will definitely recommend to others and contact them first for anything else we need.

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

We had Ruben and his team, Kat and Juan install drain, sump pump and snake a drain for us. They did a fantastic job and the pricing was fair. You could instantly tell that the Ruben and his team are knowledgeable and I will be calling on them again for future plumbing issues.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!

Mark was amazing. He was able to install a new water spicket to the back of my house by tapping in through the bathroom plumbing. I will definitely use him again.
