These guys were so helpful and straightforward. They really went into detail about what I was paying for and I felt really good with what I paid because of it. I will definitely be using them for everything I possibly can. I’ve had such bad experiences in the past with stuff like this and I’m so thankful to finally have a good company to rely on.

Brothers Plumbing and Heating rocks! The technician did what a competitor could not. He found the problem, which was not only missed by a competitor; but it was likely that competitor who disconnected the wire when they serviced the heater last winter, and then quoted me over $5k to fix the AC! All it needed was to have a wire reconnected. Brothers is competent and honest. Thank you!

DJ was very professional both days here. He took the time to explain what was going on with our pipes and where the best place to start was. He took care of them quickly. DJ also answered other questions I had about other plumbing projects.I would highly recommend DJ and Doctor Fix-It to anyone.

It occurred to me that my water heater was old and that I should replace it before it went out and potentially flooded the area. I contacted AAARK. As it turned out, my water heater was originally installed in 2002! They sent Chad out on 1/13/21 to give me a quote and he installed the new water heater on 1/14/21. Both times he called when he was on the way. He was on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He drained the old and lugged it out of the house, then brought the new one in, all single-handedly. He worked diligently and never took a break. He had all the tools and equipment needed to do the job. When he was finished, he showed me how to light the pilot light should the need arise, and then he cleaned up after himself. Thank you, Chad!

Across multiple properties, Frank is the best HVAC technician i've worked with. He is prompt, polite, knows his craft, charges a fair price, and takes the time to educate you on what he's working on. He's helped me twice on one property in West Highland. Showed up the same day I called, and one time even turned down payment because the fix was so quick. I wish more contractors were like Frank!

AAA is the best!! I few years ago my sink back up and I called the competition and they tried to charge my girlfriend $400 to unclog my sink. She sent them away and I called AAA and the got the job done for $89(price at the time). I appreciated they didn’t try to take Advantage of her because lack of plumbing knowledge. We are customers for life because of this interaction.I called yesterday because my drain started to back up and was happy they had a next day appointment available. I had the good fortunate of having William trouble shoot a harsh metal grinding sound emanating from my furnace.William was very professional, knowledgeable, and politely explained step-by-step what he was doing to diagnose the noise factor from my furnace.Turned out that the problem was worn bearings in the inducer motor. Within a 1.5hrs a new part was retrieved and repair completed ...And our family can enjoy a heated house minus the alarming noise!Many thanks William D!

He and his assistant got up onto the high roof, cleaned the unit, replaced an important part, and cheerfully reviewed how best to use the evaporative cooler. This was one of several great experiences we have had using Golden West! I believe their price was fair. I highly recommend them!
