Called 5 different plumbers (yes 5 others passed on the job) on a Friday afternoon while visiting Denver and E&J was the first one to have a human answer instead of an automated answering service like all the others. Was very relieved when after LESS than a minute on the phone he said to text him the address and he'd be there within the hour (thank god bec we needed a plumber quick haha) he showed up very quick and got right to work! Super friendly guy and very reasonably priced. Would 100% use for any future plumbing needs if we lived in the area! He is your guy!!! Thank you again!!

I had a great experience with True Plumbing and was happy to find their business. They fixed my leaking pipe plumbing issue and installed a custom feature on my sprinkler pipes. They were responsive to my request for a consultation and estimate and came out quickly to assess my issues. I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

We noticed water in our basement in August 2022. Turned out there was a leak from the pipe in the kitchen sink. Elite Rooter Denver was on time, professional and efficient.

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
